How to make a Bulgarian Bag

Hello there.
How to create your very own Bulgarian Bag. It is a very straight-forward way to create an inexpensive Bulgarian Bag - which can used to add resistance to a number of different movements.
List of items needed for this project:
- a rubber inner tube. (available through hardware stores, tire supplies or junkyards)
- a bag of sand (other fillers can be used as well).
- duct tape
- cable ties
Tools required:
- a pair of scissors
optional a small shovel or plastic cup (to shovel the sand) optional a clamp.

What size is the inner tube please?

I cannot give an exact measurement as I got it used from a used tire (also one it would require taking all the sand out 😉). Because its a tubular, your best bet of gauging the size is lye it flat and measuring the width of the tube without air in it. From memory I would say that mine was more than 10cm, but certainly less than 20cm wide. If I ever redo this project I will be sure to include this information.
