First is tenancy agreements and a letter from the landlord of no objection and double room good enough for accommodation requirements.
Secondly how old does the letter from the landlord and my employer has to be .

From what I understand the documents are processed through immigration in Sheffield not the local embassy. Also not all countries offer a "priority visa" option which means you are likely to wait a minimum of 60 working days (if your lucky!) This information is as of Dec 2018.

I've got a question. I got married with my Turkish wife almost 3 months ago, but she was on her student visa and then she had to come back to Turkey. She has done IELTS with score of 6 in total, also she has done another English course (Entry one and level one)so there is my question. Does she still need the other English test with score A1? if she's already all certificates to proof her eng?
Also is it easier to bring her back here if she studied here for around 2 years? or still the same rules?
I have British passport, I have the financial requirement and everything needed to get the visa, but I'm just wondering, because my family is Irish and I can get Irish passport/citizenship whenever I want, and if I do that then I'll be an "EEA national" so would it be easier for my russian wife to apply for a UK visa if I'm having an Irish passport rather than a British one? No expensive application fee, no English test required, (she doesn't know English so it would be great if she could come here now, and not having to study for months) it seems like a better option, right..?

Philip Port oh hardly any difference for that £510 extra. Does priority have the right to escalate after 30 working days if no decision made and standard after 60 working days?

Hi, can i use my IELTS test result that i took from IELTS BRITISH COUNCIL in one of the approved test center? However, the type of IELTS test i took was ACADEMIC TEST so i took all the four categories the Listening, Speaking, Writing and Reading and I got an overall band score of 7.
Can i still use this certificate? I believe, for visas they only require GENERAL TEST that consist only listening and speaking.
Also, I can’t find answers of how much band score they need for the UK visa.

Philip Port thanks for the quick reply Phil. It will be my initial spouse visa aplication, so it’s valid until november 2019 and is in approve test center (i checked it already) so it means this Academic Ielts test result i have is OKAY?

My fiancée will not meet the annual income requirements though he have savings in his bank account that is more than 16,000 gbp. Can we use this as a proof that he can accommodate my stay while i’m processing my settlement in UK?
I am NON EU CITIZEN, so i think that my income is not needed by the immigration to decide if i can get the spouse visa or not.

Philip Port, my fiance worked in a dubai company for almost 2 years. He just came back to the uk and he got a new job in the uk. He earns the required annual income but we were afraid that we are not yet allowed to apply for a fiance visa because of it. Aside from this, I think we can provide the other documents. Can we proceed with the application for the fiance visa?

Hello Philip.The video was very informative.Can I ask you one thing.I work for a hospital as a staff nurse and I live on site accommodation.I was about to move last month and I found accommodation suitable for a couple as I would bring my husband in the long run.Then I found one and before I moved I made a change of address in the bank.But the people on-site we're kind enough to extend my tenant agreement for one more month.Then I decided to stay back and the new landlord was my colleague so I convinced that I will move to the new accommodation by June.But I didn't realize the change I made in bank until I got the statement.Will the address change be a problem

If you have had a dui that was 5 years ago,does this automatically suggest your visa will be refused No jail time was given. Fine/Community service.
In the US it happened and it was 5 years ago. I read that after 12 months if their was no jail time and non custodial sentence it was spent. Its a fiance visa..is this not true?

Philip Port last question, by the way em the wife abroad and wish to come in Uk as spouse visa, we married here in Asia allow polygamy I know his married and uk and divorced is on proceeding while we married in Asia. Right now divorced of my husband granted already and we applying to apply spouse visa with marriage in Muslim and certified by civil of our country. He is free already in UK law and now want to bring the new wife.

The other being a weekend few hours job but when salary is combined it meets the 18600.
I'm worried that combination is not acceptable.

Spouse from abroad must not be given indefinite leave to remain immediately. UK should give temporary visa to spouse for at least 10 years minimum than they should grant the visa. I have seen many sponsored spouse leaving their sponsor even when they have children. They main purpose only to get British passport. The spouse from abroad are never loyal to England
