Raymond today I own a bachelors degree in engineering at one of the best universities in Africa let that hit your mind. Even if I'm not able to get a job the possibilities over seas is endless. I'm pretty sure this would never be possible under the so called white regime infact the amount of psychological oppression occurring from the White parties and race is what started apartheid which ultimately lead us here. Raymond know and understand your time is running up not because I want it that way because God has to intervene. A very complicated situation. As far as Ash is concerned, I think I can understand his frustration as this is something that must have brewed inside of him for a very long time. Eventually, it boiled over in an unfortunate setting. As for Naas and Nick, I say with all due respect very subtle remarks can hurt big time, no matter how innocent it may be to you as an individual. Remarks should not be made at all in that setup. I always maintain there are nice ways and not-so-nice ways to say things if you do not agree with the other party. Naas and Nick might have innocently expressed their views less sensitive but for Ash unfortunately it was the last straw. As an example:" You do not know what you are talking about" Why not rather say " I hear you but must disagree because.......'

Most people live in an echo chamber. There was and is no free speech in South Africa and this is witnessed by Afriforum and all their cases. If all the facts were put on the table honestly without political correctness, guilt would cloud a certain part of society. Fragility does not allow this to happen. I would have walked out as Ashwin did, regardless of the fact that this job might not have been cut out for him. These issues happened in apartheid and are perpetuated until today in a fragmented way that no collective can be seen, but voice is given to this in a common echo chamber to know that this behaviour is still common.

You seee this is NOT a racial issue it's a personality issue but the fact that it's between two white men who have similar views on the one black man makes it a racial issue more than it does a personality issue. Simply because white ppl r notorious for having a superiority complex that simply gets to thier heads...with some sort of invisibility & untouchable mindset expecially when it comes to black people. But that's not such a big issue for me because it is universal & widely known, what got to me about this whole thing is how quickly SS got behind the two white men & defended them without a proper investigation...yes perhaps it was not a racial issue but the two white men were far from professionalism that i cancelled my dstv upon the Tuesday when the two black CEO's made that media announcement. It's ridiculous that those two kept their jobs...pathetic!
