Hey Shelly, love your channel! I just had a decor question for you, I have a large mirror with a hard sliver plastic frame. I want to make it primitive with a black distressed frame. How would you go about painting it? Would you use chalk paint or spray paint. I dont want the silver to show though with distressing. Thanks and hope your having a good week❤
I would use a good durable paint for my base coat, 2 coats. The one you want to distress down to. Make sure you seal it. ⬅️ this is in important step, then put your top color on. The top paint doesn’t matter what you use, but a chalk paint would be easier to take off with a damp towel. I hope that helps. Let me know how it turns out. 😊
