I don’t believe Jordan is the GOAT. I personally can’t say he’s the GOAT for basically having 3 great years. Takes a 2 year break then has another 3 great years. Fans and critics don’t give Bill Russell GOAT status because of the competition he faced. Jordan’s era is heralded as the hardest because why? They got away with hard fouls? And the game was mostly lay ups, dunks and some mid range shooting. I would argue that LeBron has played and competed at a time where the NBA talent is far more skilled than ever.
The reality is that the GOAT argument is all opinions NOT facts.
