There's not an adjustment for 3.2mm. Its a 1mm on the rocker to valve bridge then leave it there and put a 2.5mm between the roller to Exhaust brake rocker.

I am not trying to bother you about it. I was just hoping to see a nice tutorial of some sort but it was just it getting done with no shared knowledge.
I dont give out info like that becuse some one could come back on me if they watchtower it and something gose wrong. Even skilled techs can do overheads wrong on volvos.

They do both. also need to check the VEB solenoids
