Laurel is both Anne Arundel and Howard counties.
Do one for prince George's county. Subway stations, the president base, Census Bureau for America, and the rich part like Bowie, Brandywine, National harbor etc.

would love to live there but can not afford coming from NJ are property taxes are crazy here . my father lives in Columbia I love the walking trails when I was younger I would take his dogs out there or go biking :) and I have visited a few times I do like it but $$$$$
how is Berlin MD and I also have a mixed race family Husband is from Jamaica and we have 4 older kids 2 still living with me and looking for colleges and we soon will retire .we looked into Salisbury but seems to much crime idk and we like at least .25 of an acre or more property..
I love Columbia and particularly all the trails they have! TBH I'm not too familiar with the Eastern shore as it's kinda it's own separate market out there. I will say you'd likely see less diversity on the Eastern Shore than in central MD, but I can connect you with a teammate of mine that knows it very well if you would like more details. Lots of diversity all through Central MD, which is made up of the following counties: Baltimore, Howard, Montgomery, Prince Georges, Anne Arundel.

The local income tax is the same as Howard County at 3.2%, but property taxes in general do go down a little, which is nice! Sales tax is state-wide at 6%. Thanks for watching and let me know if you need anything at all :)
