My wife ordered my 100 quart Loco steamer and fryer for my birthday. It came and I was so disappointed it was damaged at the factory the burner was dented and the inside was not round pushed in on one side . The box was in another box no cuts or damaged to the box . She ordered it from Lowes so we had to take it back . I reordered a 60 qt Loco steamer and fryer from Lowes and while there I saw a 30 qt boil steam and fry pot kit and bought it too

A 80qt boiler how much water should u put ? So it doesn't boil over. Is a measuring line in the pot ?
