33:37 Of all the film reviews I've heard them give over the years, their reaction to Geostorm takes the biscuit. When I first listened to the podcast, I had to stop what I was doing repeatedly and get it together, I was laughing so much and so often over the course of the show. Mr Movies sounds genuinely bewildered by that sweet old girl!

Hey, the reason the Drowned (evil Bat/Aquawoman character) is female is because that character comes from Universe -11. The main distinguishing factor of positive Universe 11 is that all the characters are genderswapped. So it comes from that.
I absolutely love this podcast. This is my second time listening to this specific one just because of how hilarious this review of geostorm, that ol' girl, is. You guys are fantastic.

That Geostorm review was perfection but twist of the episode was James ranking Aquaman higher than Infinity War.

My little on got sick, so I had nothing to do, pop on geostorm and to my delight was invested in the plot! Wild ride from the crazy twist ed Harris being behind this world takeover, to the rocket luncher in the middle of the street to someone neo like dodge bullets. I remember listening to James talking about this movie and loving it! (might of got confused with moonfall) but worth your time. Can’t wait till they do a top 10 of disaster movies for a podcast.
Jedward to Abba is like Westlife to The Beatles. Usually you're on the money but that gem this week went right up your arse....CATCH IT!
I remembered James mentioning Geostorm and I decided to watch it on a lark.
I have a theory that the ending originally had Gerry Butler do the big heroic sacrifice at the end, and the reshoots were to change the ending, so he survived. Tbh I thought it was one of the better disaster movies I've seen. Just silly tropes all the way down.
I understand what you're saying about loot boxes James, but it doesn't just effect people who buy them. If they are in a single player game like they could be in the visceral star wars game you talked about thats monetary incentive for the developer to make the game take longer and be more grindy so you have to buy them.

Marvel's Quicksilver was spot on personality wise. Fox's Quicksilver had 2 awesome sequences. They are the only parts of those X-Men movies worth watching.

If you guys are interested in knowing a little bit about how/why games are the way they are, the Extra Credits Channel (part of Penny Arcade) did a "Game Design" series of animated shorts on CZcams that are SUPER helpful and accessible.
You just have the aliens from pacific rim open up a portal in space time and send Godizilla and King Kong through it to fight Jagers, that's all. They already had that portal at the bottom of the ocean.
