I blame the processor and the thermals since it's an ultrabook. But mostly I blame that I need more RAM :P

Personal theory: Magolor isn’t evil. The Master Crown was a dark influence that corrupted his mind, tainting his soul in the process. That’s why he’s good in TKCD (“good” used lightly for that case) and a Dream FRIEND in Star Allies. I refuse to believe that he’s a bad person!
I mean, in Kirby's Dream Collection, he acknowledges that he messed up, and he builds Kirby an amusement park to make up for his wrong doings. He seems to be aware that he messed up in the past and is currently trying to change himself for the better. There's hope for him.
In the au where I live, Magolor is this chill guy who doesn't like to cause trouble. He helps keep me in line. That Crown was a evil faulty Halcandran ai tech that they were going to fix but then the war happened and they were all killed.

Well..... The problem with that theory, (Trust me, a lot people didn't want him to be actually evil, so you aren't alone on this.) Is Landia. Landia wore the crown for an unspecified amount of, aka, long time, without giving into its immense power due to its duty as Guardian of it. Yet, the moment Magolor puts on the crown, he tells you this was his plan all along even before he wore it, and was only using you as a means to an end, then proceeds to attempt to conquer the galaxy with its full power not fully unleashed. The Master Crown can only influence the wearer if their heart is already filled dark intentions, Magolor learn to regret this the hard way when his first form is defeated. Funnily enough, the Crown isn't inherently evil, but dark thoughts can influence the way it worked, like VT when given positive or negative energy. Making sense considering where the Crown was conceived from.

Damn, sorry to hear you had it rough getting this song together, but if it's any consolation, for the most part, the results are still blowing my mind! Invokes an even more powerful feeling than the original! In spite of missing a few instruments, this is a superb remix!

Wow, this was good! Just an all-around solid update of the song. I'm really glad how even though you brought in more instruments, you didn't sacrifice the song's intense feeling in the process: my favorite part of the track (0:36 to 1:04) still sounds as fast and frantic as ever. Normally I try and point out parts of your arranges I think you could improve, but this time I think you nailed it.

Now, Before I do my usual critique on the song I will say that I do know what it took to finally get this song out. That being said and the fact that in the description you are apologizing for what's missing, I am not one to give freebies even if most of the problems came from technical issues. (also this will be very long so prepare to be here a while.) [Also to whoever is reading this make sure to read the whole thing and read it thoroughly.]
So, I have one major issue with this version and that is the lack of the original intro. Unlike where I criticized some of your sectonia pieces for changing too much of the song or having an instrument missing this has a whole section of the original missing, and to me this is unforgivable. The reason for why I think that is because of the context within the game during the intro. Its starts by slowly zooming out from the master crown onto Magolor slowly revealing his new form. Even before it zooms out entirely he summons energy orbs around himself taunting you by displaying his power and control. He then charges his power releasing a guttural roar and then release more energy orbs exploding everywhere in the background as the main melody kicks in and the battle starts. This intro is a perfect display of who Magolors is. Now no longer acting as your friend, but someone who lied to you, betrayed you and is now trying to kill you. Magolor is still one my favorite of the Kirby villains because of this. My argument is that the missing intro isn't important for "under my control," but that it's important to who Magolor is as a character at this point in his story.
Now I know why you have to change things because of copyright, yet I still argue that the music should not suffer because of that. If I were the one to judge I would say all of your rearrangements are in fair use, but with youtube who knows what's fair use anymore.
Now let me perform a perfect one-eighty as I explain what I love about this piece. First off between 0:34 and 0:57 the violins have a hard time keeping up with the pace of the song and I love that detail because it sounds like Magolor is losing control. The new additions at 1:05 and 1:08 and 1:10 through 1:13 to me show Magolor's malice and evil at this point and how far the situation has escalated from helping a friend fighting a dragon to get a crown to then having to stop that friend from taking over the universe. 1:16 to 1:40 is strange because I like it for what you removed. specifically a backbeat from the original that comes in at 1:29 in this version and isn't as pronounced in this version that I hate because I have an earworm with it similar to 1 2 oatmeal.
I'm conflicted on this one. I love what you did with the piece, but I hate that the intro is gone. Return to Dreamland as a game means so much to me and Magolor as a Character means so much to me. I don't know... I think I'm just gonna leave it at that...

I really hoped for the intro and Magolor is also my favorite Kirby character. The thing is, he did the whole "betrayal" story so much better than Marx ever did (in my own opinion)
Marx was a stranger who appears in the opening flashback and reappears at the end of the game. Yes, his betrayal was very surprising, and his chaotic nature was pretty well demonstrated in his monologue, but I felt his betrayal was not impactful in the slightest and it didn't feel like an actual plotwist but just something pulled last minute. Not to mention Marx barely had a facade and we didn't see any personality from him
Unlike Marx, Magolor bursts with personality. He is mischevious and egotistical (he is a genius after all) and as you soon learn, manipulative. He knows how to play to Kirby, bonding with him and acting as if he understood Kirby. In fact, I'd like to argue Magolor even actually started to like Kirby, and you can tell as he starts opening up on what happened to him and even hinting he stole the Lor Starcutter. He also tells you about his hair lol.
If you take the time to talk to him, Magolor gets pushy on getting you to go on your adventure. And you can see how he is a bit more indirect with very strong push to defeat Landia. When you put this all together, the betrayal was only to be expected. And as such, the climax of seeing him stab you in the back, especially of you felt like he was your friend feels real bad.
I don't want to restate what you said about the intro that was very accurate, and I could definitely agree with how the rest of the song fits with a theme of slowly losing control as the song gets more and more chaotic, and when you take into account how it seems as though Magolor actually befriending Kirby, the idea that Magolor lost to overwhelming power out of doubt doesn't seem to bad, huh? That's why I think Magolor apologized in the first place, anyways
Well I feel as if this was just a huge paragraph on how Magolor is an awesome character, I just thought his character is so well translated to his original track and I think this remix did it pretty well but the intro really should've been there...

The only theme I’m trying to hit for the Press Start rearrangement is like, a title screen style song. Not even sure if that’s a type of theme. So I was just checking in to see your response. I wanted some other people like you to do some other stuff for the game so it won’t be a one-man job.
