How to whiten your teeth at home with LED Kit

Steps:
1. Prepare approximately 10 cm of boiling water and remove it from the heat for 6-7 minutes
2. Submerge one of the mouth trays into the hot water for 10-12 seconds, or just until the tray appears to soften -be sure not to overheat the trays
3. Place the tray into your mouth, covering your upper teeth
4. Close your mouth and suck out all air and excess water, creating suction between the mouth tray and your teeth
5. With your fingers gently form the tray around your teeth by pressing your upper lip against your teeth
6. Wait 10-15 seconds and then remove the mouth tray from your mouth
7. Submerge the tray completely in a cup of COLD water for 10 seconds, to help it retain the shape of your teeth
8. Repeat process for the lower mouth tray
9. Use scissors to trim any excess plastic from the open end of the trays
Cutting down the trays at the gum line helps avoiding possible irritation caused by friction or rubbing of the mouth trays against this sensitive area
10. Place a small drop of whitening gel on each tooth impression on the upper and lower mouth trays. Do not overload, less is best
11. Place the upper and lower trays into your mouth and adjist so that your teeth are properly covered and fitted by their corresponding teeth impressions
12. Put gentle pressure on the upper tray by pushing on your upper lip with your fingers to ensure a tight fit. Repeat for the lower mouth tray
13. Turn ON the LED light provided by pressing the white button, then hold the light as close to your teeth as possible for the duration of the whitening treatment.
The LED accelerator is designed to help you achieve better results in a shorter amount of time
14. Wear the trays for approximately 20-45 minutes in total. Start with 20-minute treatments and start gradually increasing the length of each whitening treatment as your teeth become more accustomed to the process
15. After use, remove the trays and rinse in lukewarm water
17. After each treatment gently wipe away any excess gel from the teeth or gums with a toothbrush to protect against irritation
18. Repeat weekly until you achieve your ideal shade of white
Avoid foods and drinks that can stain your teeth:
Coffee, tea and red wine, carbonated beverages, which may make your teeth more prone to staining, candy, berries, including blackberries, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries, tomato-based sauces, citrus fruits.
If you do choose to consume these foods and drinks, rinsing or brushing your teeth afterward can prevent staining
