I love walking on my property in the afternoon, after work especially in the Summer. I catch something new each day on my walk. Like flower, butterfly and lately dragonfly in odd colors that’s my meditation moment connecting with nature. Your video inspired all the way. Looking forward to what you come up with recipe, diy ❤

Hi Rachel, I love your videos I usually watch them at night when I do a workout on my rowing machine. It's winter in Australia here and watching you stand up paddle boarding made me wish it was summer so we can be at the beach and getting our boards out! I was really interested in the butterfly tea and when you mentioned it changed colour when mixed with the acidic water I remembered a Butterfly Gin I bought in Tasmania and it did the same thing when added to Tonic Water. It was the most delicious gin, very relaxing, I am absolutely buying more when we travel to Tassie next year and I'm going to look out for the tea as well! Have a lovely week! X❤

I live in Bowling Green, KY. We have a lot of great things, but also, if you keep going up the interstate to Cave City/Mammoth Cave National Park. Its AMAZING! It's about 20-30 mins north of Bowling Green. :)

One of my summer goals is to go walk on the trails at the beach with my boyfriend that is near our new apartment and I only just recently found out is a gorgeous place to go :)

Thanks for all the beautiful self care rituals. I laughed about the shaving especially in winter because we all do the same thing. Here in the northeast no one is seeing anything under all the layers of clothes. I was wondering about the MOB beauty because I see it on You Tube when watching creator's. I have normal skin with an oily T-zone, so I was wondering ho it held up in the heat and was it greasy feeling/looking?
@@queens6583 haha thanks!! yeh. I feel like MOB holds up nicely, even with the humidity etc. It doesn’t feel greasy for my skin at all.

@@michellemccabe6888 Obagi matte sunscreen & a dupe of the fragrance Angel that I found on Amazon. Smells identical. Angel has always been a favorite of mine, but it’s pretty pricey. It has a warm amber vanilla smell. I’ve always loved it! It’s sexy! Haha

@@maryc1923 Thank you! And no, I haven’t had any alcohol in over two years. I was never a big drinker, but just really felt like alcohol didn’t serve me at all, and made me feel awful, so I stopped completely. Why do you ask? 🙂
Thanks for your reply! I was curious because your lifestyle seems very natural and clean which I lean towards as well. However I find it hard when close people in my life involve drinking in everything they do and it just seems hard to avoid.
@@maryc1923 it is hard to avoid. I don’t mind if other people drink, I just politely decline and say that my body isn’t a fan. Every once in a while I’m like “I’d love a white claw right now” and then I remember it just makes me feel so gross and I’m so much happier just living life sober. 🙏🏻

I would love to learn how to grow herbs. What book do you recommend?
@@naomimiranda6755 I’m mostly trial and error. If there’s an herb I’m interested in growing, I research it first, and then I buy the seeds and try planting according to what I’ve learned. 🍃 It’s much easier to grow out here. Very low maintenance due to the quality of soil and amount of rain we get. I would suggest picking 3-5 herbs you are interested in growing, and googling your growing zone, and if that herb can thrive in your zone.. from there, you can research how to plant and nurture the particular herb or plant 🌱 gardening comes with a lot of trial and error, but you learn along the way, and that’s the best part 😍
Hi Rachel, what's the temp in TN ? My husband & I will be planning a trip to TN in 2025. We've never been there so this will be a 1st for both of us..
@@dawnnash5301 right now it’s in the upper 80’s and 90’s and humid, so it feels very warm. I don’t mind the humidity, but I sweat a lot more here haha

Is there a reason that you use the vitamin c serum in the morning instead of at night?
It helps to protect against sun/environmental damage
