  • Hi fellow dog lover!🐶 My dog Billie had so many behavior problems… she was jumping, peeing inappropriately, overly aggressive, pulling on the leash… she was just crazy…🤪 Then I found this one solution that stopped all the problems!🙌 The sad fact was…The training I first tried with my dog was a complete fai...lure.😔 I went through the average cookie-cutter training programs. These programs used outdated and ‘mean’ dominance techniques. It turns out those programs had no qualifications and were developed by complete phonies.😱 So this is what I did to stop my dog’s behavior problems... In a few simple words… I discovered my dog’s hidden intelligence!🧠
    Let me explain… In my years as a dog owner…this is the one big lesson I have learned. More intelligent dogs are better behaved.👍 A more intelligent dog takes commands easier…and understands what you need from them. What I found out was… No matter how clever I thought my dog was. I could still unlock my dog’s hidden intelligence quickly and easily!😄 Don’t waste a second longer putting up with your dog's behavior problem! I’ll explain everything you need to know in the link!😁

    I brought home my first CKC spaniel about 6 months after my son passed. That night, I could finally sleep. He healed that huge hole in my life. I could go on living. I spend most of my day with him nearby. He is an angel 👼

      I am deeply sorry for your loss. Cavaliers are the most empathetic breed there is. When I was having a nervous breakdown one day, my dog Ashley, a boy, lay at the doorway, & refused to get up, & let me pass. He knew.

    My dog Biggles came to me for my 70th birthday when my wife decided I could finally have a dog. She decided the breed but allowed me to name him. It was not the first name that I wanted to call him but again my wife intervened. Biggles come from a boys book that was written over some 40 years and was a favourite of my youth. Don't think that my wife is a dragon she has always had a fear of dogs so it was a lot to expect to overcome that fear but she has and this little dog has truly wormed his way into her heart as he has in mine. He has become the love of my life and when he has escaped out onto the street the panic generated in the thought that I might lose him is awful. He also likes TV and in particular if a dog appears on the screen and he is up and standing on the cabinet barking at the screen. He is a caring dog and when my wife who is very ill is having a problem he is onto me like a flask barking to come and help her. I only have one desire for my dog Biggles in the future that he outlives me.

    my cav intently watches tv and barks at anything resembling an animal. It is quite funny. He is 2 and also struggles to learn recall. I know he knows it but is defiant and recalls on his schedule

    They are surprisingly athletic for a lap dog, and very affectionate. If you're a gardener they will chase birds and rabbits away, and will clean up any food that you drop inside 😂 handy to have around

      Or any food you drop in the kitchen. And if they're male, any drink you leave next to your chair while you eat your dinner. We had one that was a bugger for knocking over my fathers cans of beer and licking it all up without anyone realising.

    I waited a long, long time till I was retired to get my Cavalier. She is now 4 years old and doing great. They don't like to be left alone for long and she barks a lot when I have errands to run or doctors appointments. I notice she can't walk on the trail for very long and wants to go back to the car. They hate hot & humid weather so we have to walk very early in the morning or wait for cooler weather. I get my Cavie groomed every 3 or 4 months. They shed a lot and need regular brushing and grooming. Remember to brush their teeth as they can suffer from periodontal disease.

      you got a bit of a lazy one heh? I couldn't get mine to go in or go back home when out for a walk. She knew the way to my mums place, both the one she lived before and now, she knew the way home, the way to my mums partner home, but most importantly, she knew the way to all the shops where she could get sausages, burgers and treats....and that was something I wasn't trying to teach her.

      Do you have a king Charles or a Cavalier king Charles, they are 2 different breeds, the king Charles being smaller with a domed head, and it's mussel is very short, looks like it's run in to a brick wall, where as a Cavalier king Charles has a flat head, is slightly bigger, and has a longer mussel. The way to remember this is the longer the nose (mussel) the longer the breed name

      Same with my dog, she was so quiet, I was always being asked if she even had a voice. She growled a bit and barked too when there was commotion going on outside the door though (living in a block of flats). It all comes down to training.

    • @Crateron1
      @Crateron1 Před 2 lety

      My precious boy was very quiet. He learned to bark when he was around 8 months old. Once he learned, he would bark perhaps twice or three times with every "round" of barks, and each round occurred around two times every week! Before that, at around 5 months old he started "learning" to bark but could only make some weird sounds that didn't resemble a bark at all, haha. And before that, we would occasionally wonder if he had a voice, only to remember that he did whine at times (pretty limited times too).
      However, I have read that some cavs can bark quite a bit, particularly if they are left alone too frequently or if they are constantly playing or running around with other dogs.
