This is sooo common nowadays, almost all my friends have them, it's epydhemic. The pressure of life we are constantly put into causes it, the principles of this capitalism and constant angst produces it, store fear in our body, and it is completly normal to feel out of balance. It's just we cannot adapt ourselves to the abnormalities of the world. Hugs for you♥️

theres life pressure for sure. but also who knows what else is screwing up out brains from inflammatory foods, mcdonalds and junk food, skipthedishes or doordash theres more junk were consuming easily delivered to us to eaisly effecting our health. covid itself seems to cause inflammation of the brain if you ever got diagnosed with it. microplastics our tap water has so much junk and toxins in it... and theres more to go on about. its so hard to say whats scewed us all up because something deffinitley did because panic disorders, anxiety disorders, depression etc have all gone up 3 times in only the last 20 to 30 years.... which is insane.

I find it incredible that your laying down
I could not do that if my life depended on it during a Panic Attack
I have to get away to a space where I’m alone and I pace and I pace and I pace back and forth ( while my backhand on my left arm is against the side of my back, I don’t know why I do the that, it’s automatic response) and once I’ve peaked gathered my self I start cleaning my office or folding clothes or something other wise I’ll get into a second wave
The fact that you can stay still and be laying down shows how strong you are.
Keep going brother you’ll beat this

Anti anxiety meds are basically anti depressants and won’t solve your problem they will make you feel numb or won’t help. It can help you temporarily. Anxiety i don’t wish this on my worst enemy. Before anxiety i was terrified op spiders. I kid you not i have mostly overcome my fear of spiders because panick attacks are scarier then spiders in my opinion 😢
I get the affirmations but your using it to fight the anxiety and make it go away sadly it does not work like that. Everything you do to fight it will make it come back or make it worse. The key to overcoming anxiety is accepting the anxiety that does not mean you have to like it no it is horrible but we need stop compulsions by that i mean anything that we do to make it go away. We need to acknowledge the anxiety and go on with what we are doing to the best of our capability. And that does not mean it will stop and go away right away. But the more we do this we tell our brain there is no danger and it becomes less and less overtime.

@@jozefien1702 withdawal from these highly neurotoxic drugs cause damage to your neurons on a smaller level. All your pathways are damaged, your serotonin and nor-adrenaline are all out whack. Body is looking for homeostasis to fix this but it wont be possible as long as your body is still on these drugs, hence you get a lot of chemical bad anxiety and terror attacks. Anxiety attacks do not even cover the severity of these attacks which are pure hell. You cannot train your brain in this state, the dude in the video is in a permanent state of fight or flight. Chemical attacks due to withdrawal or tollerance are horrible.

I never took medication for it, I would breath in a bag until I calm down though... Maybe lay down if I can.... It took me years to get over it, and I just learned to not care - like actually not care - about whatever/ whomever was causing them in the first place 😢 couldn'tho to a doctor either at the time... I would actually, mindfully focus about why it started each time and whether it was because of something I did or by a situation out of my hand... and if it was me “ not being prepared for example” I would try to make it better in the next similar situation.... and if it was because someone else, I would study if I can influence the situation next times in anyway or is it really cannot change and I have to learn to let go.....
And if it's because I am scared I would go in a similar manner.... Just realizing that I know better now “if I don”t yet, I learn about it”, I just spend the time and mindfully realize the situation, every time, no slacking... And then categorized similar situations together and who it works for me, and what studies show how to deal with it Etc,
and I am fine now ❤ have been fine for maybe 6 years or so😊❤ I wish you all the best in your journey 🤍🙏🌷
Sorry for my bad grammar 😭

I know its rough but there is actually no external threat like a bear chasing you thats triggering the fight or flight what makes it more difficult is that its your own nervous system doing it because of the pills. So the only way to stop the fight or flight response is to convince your nervous system to stop its own response.
    Try the Hawaiian HO’OPONOPONO
“I’M SORRY, PLEASE FORGIVE ME, THANK YOU, I LOVE YOU”
    Just repeat that to yourself

    • @FightingBack203

I switched over to klonopin because of the short half life of Xanax. Xanax has always been fine for me over the years mainly on an as needed basis but I think it could have been contributing with interdose withdrawal. I’m really trying to take least amount of klonopin possible just until the 37.5mg levels out a bit more.
