  • www.truthforlife.org - We often picture Jesus as the risen Savior rather than the sacrificial Lamb. But Scripture includes the crucifixion’s gruesome details for a reason. Join us as we reflect on Christ, the Suffering Servant, on Truth For Life with Alistair Begg.

your are tight, Alistair ... Christ's suffering in submission is very difficult for the red-blooded American warrior for justice and righteousness to understand in our Christian walk ...especially in these times here in our country. I look forward to your expanding on this in your next session, hopefully. I love the Lord Jesus and the Gospel of Scripture with all my heart, and I am 70 years old and as a parent can grasp & understand the need to suffer for others but when it comes to winning a battle - a spirtual battle of all spiritual battles - for the life of me I struggle with God's plan to have this showdown in order to have part two - the Resurrection. It is something I have been accepting in faith for years ... believing it is true but not having my arms around it in my own mind. It is one of those areas of God that I just have to accept. Keep it coming, my friend. God bless you in this sermon series. Your sister in Christ in Olympia, WA.

Thank you for this excellent and honest preaching of Jesus for who He is and what He has done. The God/Man invested in
saving us from our Fall, knowing more agony than any other man, to save sinful sons of men, in love eternal. What
agonies in mind and body alone He endured for our sake's, entering into our Humanity, bearing the proper punishment
for our Fall. What a Savior.

No one can ever hurt Him again. He is safe, beside His Father, our dear Lord Jesus.
