Jamaican Stew Beef Short Ribs Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 lb beef short ribs
1 carrot sliced up
1 plum tomato, cut up
1/2 green & red bell peppers, cut up
1/2 onion cut up
1 fresh thyme
1 stalk of scallion cut up
1/2 hot pepper, no seeds (optional)
4 cloves of garlic
6 pimento seeds
1-2 tsp browning sauce
1 1/4 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
1 1/2 tsp all-purpose seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 beef bouillon cube
2-3 tbsp of ketchup
2 tbsp of unsalted butter
Add salt and black pepper to taste
**Serving for 3-4 people**

9 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Can the water be substituted for beef broth? (Although I did see the beef bouillon)
Sure you can, I always use water instead of the beef broth, the bouillon gives it that added Caribbean flavor which my family enjoys so it depends on what you like, so please make it your own🙂
