going into my senior year and i definitely agree with all of your advice especially when it comes to picking schools! for example i got into a performing arts high school in nyc and while i personally don’t regret my decision, i watched a lot of people transfer after freshman year bc they thought shit was gonna be sweet and it was not 😭 don’t forget that even if you’re going to a school that specializes in something you like, it is still SCHOOL-shit is not like victorious everyday trust me. anyways can’t wait for the rest of your entertaining back to school vids to roll out, love u jaji 💘

Adding on to being disrespectful to teachers. They will remember that when you come and ask them for a letter of recommendation or a word of advice or anything that has to do with helping you get to your next level of success.
I'm just now starting with college but an advice for high school freshmen, start looking into colleges. You don't have to be detective and investigate everything but start making a list. The good thing about most colleges and universities in the US is that you don't have to go into a major right away, you can start with just general education courses. So if you have a bit of time outside of classes and assignments, start making a list for colleges you wanna get into, get into their criteria and build up from there.
Cuz time goes by really fast, and by senior year you'll be busy with a lot so it's good to at least be ready
I don't got a lot to say on virginity, especially when it comes to the social view. But what I will say is that there's nothing wrong with being a virgin. Like Jaji said, don't get pressured to lose your virginity, boy or girl.
ALSO don't let movies influence your high school experience, and it might sound a bit silly but sometimes even in the slightest i've seen people expect things and get disappointed over things they expected from high school and it just didn't happen. That happened to ME as well. Get to school, go to your classes, do your work, go home. It's a routine and it goes by faster than you think. Make the most of your high school experience but don't get sad or mad if some people experience things you don't get to experience. We're all different, for example i beat myself up about missing senior week because i graduated mid year, but tbh there was so much going on at school + covid and the dangers of bringing it home stressed me out, so the peace and SLEEP i got out of graduating mid year was worth it. Plus i had a bit more time to prepare for whatever might come out of college. There will be regrets, but learn to live them out. Know that no amount of anger, shame, guilt and regret should get in the way of LIVING LIFE.

You don't gotta start applications that early but definitely look into things from freshman year. Cuz in my experience, by junior year, you starting to get busy. Especially for people with clubs and mad homework assignments. It can be stressful, so you can eliminate the stress by having an idea of what you want to do and building your grades, gpa, and all you need based on that. Not everybody has to do that, I understand but that would be my biggest advice to ANYONE
im ngl im usually seen as a person who is scary to come up to but im always cool with everyone! Dont be rude to people unless their rude to you first. Im only a sophmore and 16 but honestly just be open to being cool with everyone. Dont have beef with people you dont even know just because someone your cool with doesnt like them. No matter what give people a chance and dont judge off of other peoples judgements.
I haven’t finished hs but as a junior, Freshmen and sophomores as well, listen up bc this might just save you in the long run‼️ Please please please, just do your schoolwork. I promise you’ll regret having a low class rank by the time you reached sophomore year than if you missed the party last week. If your friends are good friends they’ll always be there and if they aren’t, find a new group that gets their shit done. You’re not gonna see half of these ppl again I promise you that, so you might as well choose to surround yourself around ppl who get their shit done. From wise words from simonesquared, literally school only gives you not even .5% of the human population and tells you to find ppl you vibe with within that small group and you’re not always going to find those people in high school, maybe later in college, but if you feel kind of like you’re not part of any set hs group like me, that is 100 percent rational and completely fine, but remember you can still be a social chameleon and be able to talk to and blend with everyone without rlly vibing with anyone on that level, I think it actually makes it easier to blend with ppl bc you don’t feel obligated to surround yourself by only one type of ppl. While it is better to be a social chameleon or wtv and be cool with everyone, there’s no crime in spending your time with ppl with similar values when it comes to school that can get you there. Also, if you’re like me you’ve probably almost finished your college core classes, but it’s never ever too late to start prepping for college if you haven’t. Anything you can do to minimize your college classes now will save you the mental stress as well as the financial stress later on in life. Extra credit classes like AP or dual credit (sorry I have a bias for dual credit, it’s straight to the point and you don’t need a test to determine your entire credit smh, but just study either is fine rlly) can help you get college credit while you’re still in high school. I still remember a girl in her senior year last year graduated school with her high school diploma as well as her undergraduate degree at an awards ceremony (not the official high school graduation thingy) I was so shook, but now I know it’s possible. How it works with college is that the more classes you take the more you pay for and colleges don’t believe high school prepares you for the future (my AP U.S history teachers words not mine) so they give you core classes you’ve already taken from like 6-12th grade I believe? Or maybe it starts from. 7-12? Idk I forgot, all I know is that they make you retake core classes you already been done passed, so my thing is, you might as well just get it done all at once in high school, the average amount of years ppl spend in four year schools is 6.5 years and that is due to them having to retake core classes, so guys dual credit HELPS. Now in light of the whole dating thing, while I say it’s better not to date in high school bc like you gotta focus on building your gpa in your freshman year and if you kind of fucked it up bc of Covid like me you’ll be stuck playing catch up work sophomore year bc junior year will be your busiest year bc of picking colleges and all the tests you have to take. However if you do want to date still and think you can manage, definitely date someone outside of your school, I tend to date out of state, country, and continent (uk and Canadian boys hit different) and it’s just all round easier to do long distance and text and call at set times every now and then than completely wasting your time and energy trying to physically, mentally, and emotionally maintain a relationship and all the drama that comes with it (bc like she said in the video, when you date someone from your school, that shit becomes everybody’s business) and keep up with school. However, trust me when I say you don’t need to date or stress about any of that stuff right now. As I am currently in my junior year I’ve personally sworn off boys, I’m just tryna get my grades good. As for virginity, guys don’t feel pressured at all, majority of high school relationships do not last and honestly you might actually end up regretting it. It’s better to lose it to someone you genuinely know cares about you as much as you do them rather than losing your virginity bc it’s “cool” and everyone else is losing it.
TIP TO AVOID PROCRASTINATION: give yourself positive incentive. Sometimes “it’ll be done” isn’t enough motivation. Something as simple as “after this, I can watch the movie I’ve been wanting to watch” or “once I finish this essay, I’ll go get ice cream” can help you get things done way faster. It worked wonders for me this summer. I had summer assignments for the first time and I agreed to buy myself something I’ve been wanting after all my essays were done and I immediately got right to writing. I’d been procrastinating about a month and then I finished the work in like 2 weeks. You can bend this to your budget and what rewards work best for you but it helps a lot and makes doing the work more exciting since you have something to look forward too.
the dating in the same school is SO TRUE from experience she was literally telling the entire reason why it didn’t work out i had ppl telling rumors, i help a dude wit his work ppl plotting and go tell him i was flirting wit so and so. literally the whole school both grades knew we dated. so DRAINING
I guess I'm that only one with parents who were high-school sweethearts since sophomore year...
When I try making friends I usually just obverse people to see which ones are cool and which ones aren’t. Once I find people I try to give them complements and join groups with them. For me it seems to be work. :)

As a senior dropout trust me guys nobody cares who you are nobody really bullies, everyone is worried about themselves you will make friends if you’re open what you like, don’t mess around too much and end up like me I recommend trying your best even through your hardest moments to graduate.
