    pretty nice stand its also good to see one of the old Caddilac engines still around i grew up in South Florida and that was also the desired engine they used on many Airboats because they had the power and tourque to spin the propellers

    I adore the kit that you can buy in the USA. In the UK, we are limited and the price we have to pay is beyond reach of the average weekend mechanic. Who enjoys their car, It's supply and demand as you have serious competition between companies and a far larger population. Therefore companies, can work on lower profit margins than in the UK. I have done it in the past to buy the tools or kit I require cheap ticket to the states pay for additional baggage and still save money on the import duty and postage. May be I should put my plan in a container and ship it over rebuild then bring it back ?
    Great video please keep them coming ?

      Gordon, I truly understand and it is so much more expensive to export to the UK and other countries. They all have high tax rates on the imports. We still do seem to send units even though the shipping is also very expensive. Air freight to you is approx. $750.00, by the time you add the taxes and fees... WOW.... We do have a great clientele here in the USA. We can work with you on the pricing in some areas. On our web site is the Custom Series. It may ship at a less expensive rate. Also less expensive to purchase the kit. BUY you must be able to complete some of the electrical wiring and finish the kit assembly. It will do all the Pro Series will do and has some additional flexibility. Take a look and see if it will work in your application. Thank you for your comments. AL and Andrew

    great video, and if something works like Sam says it does, and it does, then who cares if you have to watch a video that explains it all, and sure you can always cut costs, but as they always say, "you get what you pay for" and I believe that is still true today.

    Nice but overkill..all you really need is a Auto Zone or Pep Boys type stand for a Chevy smallblock ..broke my cam in on one..went to Home Depot got a few plumbing items to run a garden hose into and another for the exit water hook up batt and 5 gal gas can ..trust me it works did it allready..not every body has upper middle class money to buy nice overkill stands like that..

      Its not over kill if your building a lot of engines not just one engine every so many years like some ! but the price is by far over kill I built one for far less , . and not using a rebuild stand either ! its a nice stand but priced too high !

      That's the price for one if you want one that's build in the U.S. . U.S labor ain't cheap. I can't afford one so I have to just install it in the car and hope for the best.

    Super nice setup that’s. My style to have a nice professional system Helps me work motor professionally not like the guys comments on jury rigging some Chinese built crap to save a few bucks plus you have a. Good safe. Setup ! As well as supporting a hard working American Family owned and operated by them let that other guy call up Pep Boys for support they. Give you a website or a 800 number to call to speak with someone overseas that doesn’t know. A thing about motors or automobiles the guys that engineered and built the Easy Stand are HotRodders and they got feedback and suggestions from other car and engine enthusiasts to improve. T stands functionality ! That is how this country. Was as great as it was at one time as well as others embracing the wisdom and Craftsmanship. Of the peoples hardwork ? When i bought my last home. It needed a bathroo, faucet. Repaired. So i pulled out the part and went to a big box store that sells building. Supplies a Store employee asked me if i needed help and i told him why i was there. His response was. What. Aisle i could look for the part on that area was a absolute mess so i gave up and walked out of thr store with my part in my pocket i went by a local hatdware store that was operated ny the store owner and had been in that. Town for several family generations of ownership. In that exact location 2 older men saw me walking in and again asked me if they. Could help me. I told them why i was there and they both asked me what street did i live on when i told them my street they. Handed me the part that matched the broken one i had in my pocket the entire time they simply. Told me they were freinds with the plumber. That did all the homes in that area for all the builders. So they knew what parts. Were used and on what. Streets that they were installed on so they could stock the parts. The customers wou;d need the part was under 5 dollars and it fixed the problem perfectly BTW the original store i went to was a large chain of home improvement supplies and tools that is no longer in business as a company and i personally beleive they. Brought that upon themselves being too greedy and having poor management. Like many other large Chain stores did in America. Over the last few decades The consumers dont want to pay for quality so what you wind up with is a bunch. Of junk that may work for a while and then. You. Can throw that away in a few years and go buy another one that will have the same issues as nobody. On their research and development gives a crap. Or. Actually knows much. About what. People really need. Or want in that product

    Please help me out sir!
    Recently, a client called me to fix his 2000 Toyota Avalon car that cranked but wasn't starting.
    From the onset, the car experienced several mechanical, as well as, electrical issues. Some of those problems were:-
    (1) Engine Oil consumption;
    (2) Engine misfire;
    (3) Engine rattling;
    (4) Intermittent hard starting after shutdown;
    (5) Hard to engage in drive, except engine is hot; etc.
    Hence, he took the car to a garage inorder to rectify the excessive Engine oil consumption and other car problems highlighted above. Consequently, the car problems exacerbated after engine rebuild by the engineer!
    The car owner wasn't satisfied with his repairs because it seems the engineer was deceitful. Although the car started after the rebuild, the problems still persisted. Valves weren't grinded after engine overhaul, engine still misfired at idle and when accelerating, etc.
    The engineer whose garage the car is presently being parked, requested for another engine overhau/ rebuildl. After engine rebuild the car started, the oil was mixed with water; the engine was still misfiring, rattling, etc. It was obvious, that he didn't use durable parts to do his work.
    Hence, the car owner moved the car to another garage for better repairs. The new garage suggested to the car owner that another engine rebuild is pertinent for optimal engine operation.
    During my conversation with this engineer, whose garage the car is presently being parked, he told me that: "when the car was first brought in, he noticed a black smoke ( maybe he was mistaken for blue smoke, at exhaust tail at idle). When accelerating, there's a loss of power, engine bucking, popping,etc. After the rebuild, the car didn't start because the mechanic didn't unlock the car with the remote but proceeded directly to cranking the engine. In addition, the security relay wasn't actuated for starting to take place. Electrician did some wire cutting around that axis which he said was corrected to factory, opened with a remote before the car started.
    Fortunately, after everything, the car started again. But there was still an intermittent misfire. What the car owner said was that, 'even when the second mechanic did engine rebuild, the car still misfired. Until he personally bypassed earth from the COP wire to the solenoids very close to the fuel injector often tightened with 10mm knot and depicted with blue and green colors on the picture. Car owner verified that the reasons for the misfire from both mechanics which still prevailed, was due to the solenoid valve that wasn't opening. That's why when accelerating it experienced a loss of power, similar to that experienced by a faulty fuel pump.
    After gear oil replacement and test driven by the second mechanic , smoke started emanating from the engine bay. Precisely, from the fan relay that the car owner connected by himself. Within few minutes, the car shutdown by itself as if fuel is finished. As he tried to restart it, the car refused to. Infact, when the ignition switch was turned to Acc/ ignition position, battery and fuel light was not displaying in the dashboard/ instrument cluster. However, during cranking battery light glew faintly and start. But when throttled, it would shutdown. Electrician verified and replaced the alternator diode with a new one. When Ignition switch was turned to Acc/ ignition position, the battery and other lights came out brightly but when cranked to start engine wouldn't start again. Sadly, it still wouldn't start.
    I tried to scan for DTC codes, but my scanner wasn't communicating. I checked all fuses, power and ground at obd port, those checked ok. but my scanner isn't compatible to read CAN network. there are only 4 wires intact for the obd2 port.
    Furthermore, I added fuel through the intake to the engine, no change at all. I checked for spark and injector pulse. These things weren't present. But there was power to injector with just the key at ignition or ACC and COP had 1 ground and 1 power as usual.
    Electrician from that garage, who also worked on the car said that he sniffed burning smell from the ECU, however personally I didn't when I went to start the car. I don't know how certain that was. Hence, I pulled out the ECU to a laptop board engineer to test the components inside. He said: "everything looks ok and test fine, however the IC he doesn't have the right tools to proceed with the test. With the ECU removed battery connected, Engine light would come ON. with ECU connected check light still comes ON.
    Before I left, I checked the MAF sensor 5 wires and noticed that 3 wires were earth instead of 2 and 1 power; no ignition current/ power was available for the remaining 2 wires.
    Please, what should I do to start the car?

    Secretive website???? I found everything to be pretty upfront upon my visit, very easy to navigate and well layed out. I dint go through the entire catalog, however I found a price on every Item I looked at, as far as having to call someone to see how much something is, that is not secretive my friend it called qualifying genuine interest, if you are going to pick up a phone then you are interested. Great work Easy-Run, for a Gentleman in his late 50's I found the video and site informative.
