I hope the whole of CFHQ see this workout and rethinks their shit. If you can't see a no-rep on this workout, then they can shut that shit down. fantastic idea Andrew.
Andrew, I would liked to have seen one of the elite calisthenics guys do this workout, these guys can crank out strict high volume bar muscle ups and pull-ups, I believe there are definitely some who could do the 95 pound thrusters. That would have been awesome to see 👍🏻👍🏻
The calisthenics guys don't typically come all the way down on their pullups. And they don't do any of their movements when in Zone 5 heart rate. I'm inclined to think almost all of them would crumble from the volume of thrusters.
@@sebastiannai4381 , the ones I’m referring to definitely come all the way down, they hold competitions and have standards, these guys are in incredible shape and do more than just pull-ups, I don’t think the 95 lbs would be heavy enough to hinder them, now 135, 165, or 185 pound thrusters might make a difference 👍🏻👍🏻
Love this, but there are definitely still some pull-ups that don't look like they were strict. Some not quite full extension, and using the rebound on the bottom of the pull-up. Maybe thays ok by the standards of this comp. Either way, it's an awesome idea, and I can't wait to try it. Better late than never, lol
We were away for our anniversary, and I was so bummed I couldn’t do this. The idea of doing a strict Fran has crossed my mind a lot, but I considered it at 115/85.
That Legacy video hit my hard and deep… I’m a father of one strong 1 year 8 months baby boy ❤ PS: did the HillerFit Members have to send you the video as well? 😅
Seems that when you put on the "Girls Who Eat" shirt, you cannot squat below parallel. Weird. // I always thought Fran should be upgraded to strict pull ups and 135# thrusters, and that it should be called Frances, the spawn of Fran.
Thank you for putting this on Andrew! Also thanks to Chief Nation for the added bonus, really appreciate it! 🙏🏽
Awesome thrusters dude, they were fassssst

Would it be a no Rep when his elbows touch his knees?
Did David hippensteel submit his video?
There’s an old video of Froning, Rory and Darren doing

Thrusters 135
Strict pull-ups w/ 45# DB
