Elias Bischoff Lucas King does this so you keep listening trying to remember it...honestly I like the fact that it's hard to remember, that way when I'm writing I don't get it stuck in my head so i don't burn out a really good song, or do i don't listen to the same song again

He lay in a room, invaded and overtaken by darkness that was produced by the night. Even the bright, white moon did not avail to pierce the black ambiance with its striking light. His dull, grey eyes were darting and shaking. Tears spilled and cascaded like miserable raindrops down a thin, glass frame, on a depressing pale day. Beside him, lay a girl who wrapped herself around him like a snake, abiding beside him everywhere he went. Tonight, was no different. But maybe, it was because tonight he's had enough. His father's heavy voice, ringing through his ears, screaming hateful words that brought him to those sorrowful tears. And his throat could still feel, his father's grip tighten around it like cold, hard steel. Trembling and whimpering, he ran a skinny hand through his doll like curls as his pretty doll face quivered with emotion he could no longer endure. The girl spoke not a word and she let silence hang between them like a noose, as she could not think of anything to comfort his reality of abuse. Instead of uttering a single thing, the girl leaned over and planted a delicate peck at the corner of his lips and then she moved, to kiss him fully, again and again and it brought him pain like a sharp sting. Because one thing he never knew, was that the girl wasn't real and every kiss he received, was him adding another staple to his blood stained lips. Harm I believe it was called, self harm, in the midst of depression that he could not break through.
Beautiful piece again, Lucas. I love the dark, but lonely and haunting feel to this song. Every one of your songs paints a picture, and I think that's what I love most about your channel :)

There is nothing good left in humanity. There may be some individuals left, but humanity itself is cruel. The human mind is made to cause suffering to itself and others. How else would it be that the mind sees anything as a weapon? Everything, anything, abstract thoughts are weapons in our wide arsenal to be used without a thought.
This song has been playing in my head ever since I first heard it. But it's almost like with the way my life had gone. I've always known this song. It sounds so familiar. And so comforting. It's really finally helping me deal with derealization and the pain I've been given. This truly is just the most beautiful and moving pieces I've ever heard. Thank you. So much.

This is so beautiful, as is everything else I've heard of yours. I've attempted writing emotion filled songs for seven years now, I've just never been able to. I admire your talent so much, i hope you continue on doing what you're doing! It's amazing!
all emotion stems from the life experiences someone may be able to write like this because they harness their tragic and darkest emotions and turn them into art instead of allowing them to fester and cause the body to become toxic, some use music because they would not be able to live with such terrible emotions and they figured that instead of letting it harm them they would turn it into art. I am unaware of this persons past so i cannot be for sure but i feel like something must have been going wrong emotionally when they are writing these songs.

I felt so much, that I started to feel nothing.
As one in my line of work you do your best to prevent those you treat with as much care and caution as you can. But as with most things i sometimes fail in preventing my patients from feeling pain or discomfort during their procedure. If only we used more anaesthesia or maybe even tried to make the families understand that even if we tried everything their family member won't be recovering from this. Oh well it doesn't matter what the doctors give the patient or how long they keep them hooked up to a machine. Im always the one who has to finally lay them to rest. I just hate hearing them scream while i take them to the after life.
