MW3 ACR combined with specialist is the most overpowered weapon in COD history, nothing could compete with it

The Mw3 ACR was the best considering you could put a suppressor and extended mags without loosing an important perk slot you could enter sides of the map full of Enemies and frag out
If you go by the CoD Wiki, the stats are as follows
MW2 ACR
ROF: 789
Damage: 30-20 (42-28 w/h Stopping Power)
MW3 ACR 6.8
ROF: 705
Damage: 45-30
But put into their respective games, MW3 stomps MW2 which is unsurprising. It did have more kick, including visual kick in MW3 but it's damage was unmatched along with good range. It's why to this day it's still a try-hard's dream AR.
MW2 has more range and less recoil does a bit less dmg but it balance itself due to faster shooting. MW2 takes the W

Running Mw2 ACR without stopping power is miserable. And the silencer makes it feel like a peashooter with the 4 shot kill in that game.
@@irondragondxd3836lmao mw3 had built in stopping power and split up sleight of hand. Mw2 acr had a faster ttk and less recoil. Mw3 was a shitty remake of mw2 when the majority of infinity ward left in 2010 and worked on Skyrim. It’s not even close
@@MaverickCash nah bro, Mw3 fixed a LOT of Mw2's problems. Issues with MW2 were the ridiculously OP spawn traps with the chopper gunner. MW3 at least fixes that to a degree. You cannot look at me with a straight face and tell me that the CG spawn trap on wasteland wasn't a terrible oversight. Or the obnoxious explosives spam that was present in that game. Because there was always some dick who had to ruin a lobby with it.
Killstreaks were handled better in MW3 by a longshot. I love MW2 but it had its problems.
Watching these vids remind me of the days of getting out of school and hopping on the 360 to play the real MW2 for hours. Fortunate, thank you for keeping this classic era of COD alive and filled with content!

By far, your best Nuke because it was so much gun work was very impressive.
MW2 ACR had literally zero recoil which meant you could put on a silencer with scavenger, cold blooded and Ninja. That was my favorite setup.
It was the slowest killing weapon in the entire game.

I just realized that “6.8” in ACR 6.8 refers to the 6.8mm Remington SPC cartridge

Loved the MW2 ACR but slightly preferred the MW3 because the iron sight was so good and allowed me to use silencer but still see exceptionally well
The specialist streak and kick gun perk alone made the mw3 acr the goat AR of all CODs BUT if we’re talking straight up gun aesthetic sound and OG feel the MW2 acr takes the cake personally.

I do like both ACRs both in their ways, but I think the MW3 is the go-to, especially with the silencer and extended mags combo with the attachments proficiency you can equip on your class. Works better with the specialist strike package too as well, get all the perks as soon as you get the specialist bonus, which makes you feel like a complete godfather

mw2 ACR kills in 3-4 bullets with stopping power and has a fire rate of 789rmp and mw3 acr kills in 3-4 bullets with a fire rate of 705rpm. both weapons kills with 2 bullets to the head depending on range
Grew up on the acr from mw3 such a nasty weapon and the sound of it with a suppressor is just nostalgic

I was hyped to see the ACR in the new MW3 trailer. Hasn’t been in cod since the OG MW3. Mw2019 kilo was the H&K 433. MW2022 ‘tac556’ is the Scar 16 and Iso Hemlock is the B&T APC556. Nice to see the real ACR coming back it’s my favorite rifle I own and yes I bought one because of Cod

I used to call that game MW6.8 thanks to this cancer weapon, 80% of the player base were using this or the MP7. Every other AR or SMG were obsolete when compared to these two, which is why i believe MW2 was far better in terms of weapon balance

Mw3 specialist bonus acr with stalker marksman , 3-4 shot kill. Any range. Absolutely disgusting. And I was an mp7 guy. But I always got more Moab’s with the acr. It was effortless. I didn’t use it cause it was too easy 😂
Just going off the wiki stats for both weapons, the MW2 ACR has a higher fire rate of 789 rpm with a max damage of 30, so that gives it an overall dps of 394.5. The MW3 ACR has a lower fire rate of 705 rpm with a higher max damage of 45, (hence the "6.8" in the name, which is the caliber it shoots compared to MW2's "5.56") which gives it an overall dps of 528.75. TL:DR: MW2's ACR trades lower damage for a higher fire rate, whereas MW3's ACR trades a lower fire rate for higher damage. Recoil is about the same for both, but I'd say MW3's ACR has slightly more kick whether it's visual recoil or the actual recoil pattern.

Im so hype the MWIII ACR is using the MW3 2011 Iron Sights, I was genuinely afraid they wouldn't give either Iron Sight if they ever brought the ACR back knowing Activision and IW (IMO if they didn't it would ruin the entire appeal to me)
Mw2 for sure. I don't remember any1 really using it during mw3's heyday. The Meta was Mp7, pp's and then whatever gun SeaNanners was using in his latest video. Remeber way more type 95 then ACR use.

MW3 ACR is Top 3 most oppressive weapons in COD MP history. The other 2 being COD4 M16 & WAW MP40 in no particular order.

Team deathmatch seems hacked, whenever I join a match it switches to snd.
I never remember playing MW2 ACR with silencer even though it is great. I just hop into a game with scavenger, hardline and FMJ and boooom. Stopping power is no longer needed. Both great but MW2 ACR was something else.
played on MW3 the about 2 weeks ago on xbox and some jagoff reset everyone's stats. I was maxed out and now i'm back to level 1 so mad.
