Sure ! This is the way I like it; Ingredients: 1. Start with 2-3 lbs of Bluefish Fillets 2. 1/2 Cup Mayo 3. 1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice 4. 1/4 Cup Melted Butter 5. 1/4 Cup Oregano 6. Salt and Pepper to your likeing Process: 7. Cut the Blood Line out of the Fillets - use a V cut 8. Place them on a sheet of Tin Foil 9. Brush the Mayo on both sides of the Fillet 10. Drizzle the Lemon Juice and Butter on both sides 11. Sprinkle on the Oregano, Salt and Pepper as desired 12. Wrap the Fillets up in the Tin Foil and place them in the Broiler or on the Grill The Mayo pulls some of the oil out of the Fillets and makes them tastier !
