I went to alexander hamilton Highschool,the day he died i drove past the Beverly center on the bus. I can remember seeing his body covered with the sheet in the parking lot riding by not even knowing it was him. Dolla was apart of my everyday rotation when i was in school and i can remember listening to this song and crying after i found out it was him i drove past. R.I.P kid,ill never forget you 🤞🏽

this song is so eerie and sad...my eyes are literally filled with tears, and my skin is covered in goose bumps from listening and absorbing every lyric that he is saying. u know things are really rough when you can predict your own death, and it's by dying in a painful, sorrowful, and evil way. mein...it's like although he and like many other black rappers originating from the hood, they are gorgeous and obviously very talented, intelligent young men, but either them or some family member have committed grievous sins that will not be easily washed away...you must pay the price - if not today, then maybe tomorrow. sad to see our young black men constantly making the wrong decisions in life, that till when they are actually becoming successful, they cannot enjoy their fortunes to the fullest because they must leave the mortal world the way they carried out their lives. I am a entertainer myself and I couldn`t help feeling sad for him and his family, knowing that they have to live with this pain everyday. This song was his final say about his life, there is no doubt that he knew he was going to leave this earth in a violent way. Today marks 10 years since this last song by Dolla was released... Unbelievable how he predicted his death. This beautiful artist did not DESERVE to die especially being so young. He may not have lived long but he left behind a lasting legacy of timeless music that ill be listening to until the day i die and plan on passing on to my future family and so on. I cant thank Akon, Konvict muzik, and DOLLA enough for everything theyve contributed to music. You are one of a kind Dolla and you will always be one of my favorite rappers ever.
