IMPORTANT: In the code, please remove * from both the input commands (i.e., in turn on & off the light), then the code will work perfectly. "You have simply added * over there." Other than this, the project worked perfectly fine. Thanks a lot for the guidance.

I connected to 5V in Arduino. Not 3V3. Did you faced any issue?
