What type of Manfrotto plates are compatible with this gimbal?

Hello, please make sure it is well balanced，and all the lock is unlocked.
The box for this gimbal said that was compatible with 5dmkiv unfortunately my 5dmkiv with 35mm lens is too heavy and you cannot balance on this gimbal.
Is there any head available to connect the canon EOS r6 camera with moza
Why put the camera mount to the right (from the perspective of the person behind the camera / gimbal). Many of us have an Arca L Bracket or a partial cage with an integrated Arca L Bracket that stays on the camera most of the time. The vertical portion of these camera specific brackets is invariably to the left (from the photographer's perspective) so as not to interfere with the camera's controls and grip in the right hand. In my case I would have a suitable Arca vertical rail for horizontal mounting on Aircross 2 on my A7iii - but it's on the wrong side of the camera.
I've just got my Moza Aircross 2. I've balanced the camera (BMPCC original with a meike 12 mm 2.8) then if i turn on the gimbal moves a bit then starts to spin all around and vibrates then goes into sleep mode. Then i calibrated the gyro and accelerometer by the app, then the same. Can't get it work :( What is it? :(

The video is good; however, the the lock could not tighten enough while balancing the the L bracket which caused the camera to slide down to start the next step: balancing the tilt axis.
Why does the device still have a slight vibration after balancing and starting up?

If my dslr camera is not compatible with this specific gimbal, can I use it properly just for stabilizing; Will it install and adjust my camera correctly;
You can attach your phone on the gimbal and balance it then you can realize video stabilizing, but cannot control it via app.

I just got the moza aircross 2 and was able to balance it perfectly with Sony A7R III and Sony 24mm 1.4 GM lens. Every time I do a balance check, the gimbal shows that it is well balanced and then automatically goes to sleep mode.

@@GudsenMOZA yes all locks are unlocked. I did this so many times and the same thing happens every time. Also I tried a different lens, tamron 28-75mm RXZ. Same problem with that.
Looks like this is by design. Got an email from Gudsen support team saying thats to be able to check the pan axis manually.

There's 3 locks in total unless I'm missing something
Gimbal jitters when turned on, then goes to sleeping mode.. Also, I cannot access boot mode but pressing the center button

Nikon D5300 can attach on the Aircross 2 to use, but unable to realize the functions in the compatibility list, such as shooting, recording, electronic focus, follow focus, etc.

ifocus cannot be found on the gimbal.
The iFoucs should be purchased separately.

Why Moza AirCross 2 is not working with the Panasonic G9? but is working with old panasonic camera like GH4 and GH7.. if this gimbal can work with more cameras then the sales would be high, this is also why so many people are returning the product back to the seller... this gimbal needs a lot of improvement. just a pit

Too fast and too dark to see anything. Remember we don't know how to put it together so making it fast and hard to see doesn't help.
