    I got one a year ago. I was originally looking for a 600rr but came across the f4i thinking I was settling for it. It has been an absolute blast to ride and I love it. Saved some money going with the f4i instead too. Its also my first bike.

    I have owned my 600 F4I since 2006 16 years. Only 9240 mileage on it I’ve rode all over California & Nevada 350 mile days. Absolutely Amazing Going from Yosemite Park all the way west straight to the Pacific Ocean in Monterey in 1- day I believe I was getting over 60 MPG. At 85-80 mph. Just Incredible. I Love It. So smooth & quiet lots of power. From Monterey all the way back down South to Los Angeles on Highway 1 was Spectacular. My leg did cramp up half way threw & I needed a new rear tire it was bald. Hahahahaha. I just filled up today at Shell. $6.50 a gal. 3.4 gal. Top off. $21.97. For all that mileage & fun it’s Totally worth it. Thank You So Much for this Review Cheers 🍻

    I'm 5,9 and have to sack the tank in order to ride it comfortably(except for the groin of course). I think the earlier models were a tad more upright, like the original Hurricane up to F3. The original Hurricane was made more like an all purpose sports tourer instead of a fully fledged race bike. The F4i is probably the last bike with comfort in mind before the RR models ditched it completely in favor of performance.

    I just got one of these 4 weeks ago... Silver and Red. Just learning how to ride. The seller asked 3700 for it. It has about 2700+ mi on it. It's a 2002 and it is in amazing shape. Unmolested. It has a coffemen short pipe on it which makes it look great. I have been parking lot training with it. Going to do my full maintenance checks on it. Fluids, tires, spark plugs, coolant, Stuff like that. Adding a gear indicator, chain and sprocket change (Stock sizes, stock Pitch). As a new rider the bike may be a bit too much for a starter bike as it has lots of power(to me) it can bite you I feel. I sweat bullets each time I Ride it. I do gear up fully so Hopefully I have the aptitude to ride this thing. Signing up for the MSF. All in all its a sweet bike. Thanks for the review. It's Awesome to know you guys are in Richmond. Gonna have to drop by. Heck I may have sell this bike to you guys if I can't get it and bail on motocyle riding.

    • @stonemanmotorsports
      @stonemanmotorsports  Před rokem +1

      I think where there's a will, there's a way. You'd be looking at a good bit of custom exhaust work and then custom rigging to the undertail for mounting. You've got to keep in mind that the bikes with undertail exhaust have heat shielding to keep the heat off the exhaust from burning all the components above it.
      I don't think they make a kit to convert it, but I'm not 100% sure on that either. That being said, I love a nice undertail exhaust...and on an F4i, I can only imagine how sweet that'd be.
