    Aaj apka video first time dekha. Acha lga. I m 56 yrs, 91kg. Tried many times, but failed. I had knee surgery,( not replacement) . I saw ye ur video today and started exercising. My diet is very minimum. But still I gained weight . Can u plz suggest some weight loss diet.
