The ULTIMATE cheese pull from Tini's baked mac and cheese!

- I made Tini's baked mac and cheese and it definitely has the ultimate cheese pull!

✨Recipe:
1lb Cork screw noodles
1lb mozzarella
1lb Colby jack
½lb sharp cheddar cheese
3 tbls butter
3 tbls flour
1 can evaporated milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 tbls Dijon mustard
Boil all the pasta
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Shred cheese, mix it all together in a bowl. Divide half of it
Prep seasoning together: salt and pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika.
In a pan make the roux: butter, when the butter melts add half the seasoning, flour, evaporated milk, whisk hard to get the flour out, until it gets thicker and starts boiling. Add in heavy cream, mix, add in rest of seasoning. Add Dijon mustard, keep stirring until it gets thick
Add the cheese to the roux, slowly add in cheese little bits at a time until melted in. Add in cooked pasta
Pour half into a greased baking dish, and layer shredded cheese in between and more pasta, then more shredded cheese.
Put in oven for about 25-30 minutes (when the top is melted) Broil for 2 minutes for a nice rough crust) Add fresh chives over top - Zábava

Paprika is such an underrated spice. So versatile yet subtle and can elevate a lot of dishes.
I eat paprika everyday
it's less uderrated and more overshadowed.
Irs just dried red pepper if yours using them you don't need it and a lot of dishes that I see get made use them

@@eziaaxx so, my recipe is 1tsp paprika, 1tbs of red pepper flakes, a handful of shredded cheese (it can be freshly grated or not), some sort of meat protein (i prefer either shredded chicken, or cut up chicken nuggets) for added flavor/texture, then howecer you make the rest of your mac and cheese :]

Cut up some bread into triangles and soak them in eggs(beaten eggs) then in a pan add a teenie tiny oil, just enough to fully cover the bottom of the pan, fry it until burned- i mean golden brown, and once you're done you can serve it with condensed milk or just eat it normally

If you want a suggestion, my mom always adds buttered italian bread crumbs as a top layer in her homemade mac n cheese and it's actually really good if you wanted to try using that. She uses melted butter with the breadcrumbs in a bowl and uses both a spoon and her hands to mix it together before putting it on top. She does this before she bakes it so they crisp up and add a bit of extra flare to the mac n cheese.
