I always said expression of their face may answer today's food review. Look, I can say it's average. Because it's simple, when they feel happy for food, they must say WOW, they must SMILE and they must eat FAST. Never happen today, see, this is answer haha😊
They must be a bit squeamish with brains, and I would be too, the texture isn't very good. I think Brain is better if made into a pate or mixed with more solid food for texture.

How do the brains taste?
They taste fantastic and so do the eyes. They are both between the tastiest parts of the animal
They don't require much. Of course there are more complex french and Italian recipes but I like them In the oven simply with salt and a little lemon.
