The silent bully thing? Yeah it hurts the most coz if it's physical we can atleast stop it at some point but if it's psychological we can't catch each and every person. In scl I faced it, I was ignored, laughed at, excluded from discussions and it truly hurted. But I had some other good friends and parents in my life. I was like a person living with two personalities that time, who used to be silent in scl and used to be real with my other friends. And she spoke truth that it takes a lot to regain your confidence!! So everyone out there surround yourself with people whom you love and it's the same way back coz that takes you out from everything😇

I had the same experience and I know very well how much it actually hurts when faced with psychological bullying or pain than the physical ones. Others think if you are not being bullied physically, they are not hurting you, they can't understand why we're hurting but the psychological bullying, becoming an outcast, not having anyone with you hurts you more than anything. It completely eats you from inside and this leads to never ending depression. I became totally silent, my grades deteriorated, I completely stopped communicating with others. This thought that 'real friends don't exist' etched itself completely in the depths of my mind and stopped me from trying to make new friends or know others. This affected me in every aspect of my life. Now I am not with those so called friends with whom I was always an outcast, a topic of fun, an object for body shaming. I am now trying my very best to get out of that depression and regain my confidence. I am trying my very best to make my life right and normal.

Wow, I've never come across something so relatable. Similar bullying and harassment is happening to me in my area I moved to a few years ago. People laughing, spreading rumors, passing comments. This all turned me from an extrovert to a person who hardly steps out of her home. This affects you at such a deep level. And being a sensitive person it hurts a lot more. No matter how much I tell to myself that people's opinions don't matter, I find myself crying hours over it.
But I will keep going, keep pursuing my dream. I'm not there on any social media as one of my resolutions is to start a career first. So, whenever I feel low, I go through motivational videos on youtube and people like you not only inspire me but also give me hope. God bless you and I pray you achieve many such milestones and keep inspiring us.
