Really unique video. You’re very thoughtful and intelligent in your approach to basketball. Have been trying to find stuff like this and this is the first one! Keep it up bro
I appreciate the words! Glad you enjoyed!

UNDERRATED BRO KEEP GRINDING❤!!!
The goat! 🔥
One thing I did for training was recreate that shot 10x in a row and if I missed once then I would have to repeat the process again until I can't get it wrong so come game time I can be confident to make 50% of my shots since I experienced a little bit of pressure during practice but if you have a buddy to work with then its better but this is what I do when I'm alone. Also, I mediate about what I can do to counter my defender so I get easier looks you know like a trap with a trap. Make the defender think you're trapped when in reality they're in your trap and then you score easy points
you are goated
1. Choose 1-2 things to become great at.
2. Continue to get in the gym everyday
3. Work on your body
4. Work on your basketball IQ
It's weird because, given my competitive golf experience, when people have trouble under pressure it's usually an attitude thing. People either don't want the responsibility of failing, or they try too hard to "cope". Under pressure, you have to want the ball. You have to trust your skill, and rely on your patterns and muscular programs and just take the shot. Win, or lose, you must make the best shot you can. The mentality is that you crave that moment, when you're forced to choose. Most people try to "cope" with pressure, when they should be seeking it out instead.
Hey coach. My rim got bent and I can shoot but it’s challenging to get the ball in basket so I stopped working on my shot and I can really only do layups. What should I do?
Use it the best you can, work on other aspects- dribbling, defense, strength and conditioning

What If I Miss 10 In A Row?
hi
💂
Im the best at practice and when it comes to the game i shoot 7/1 from the ft line even though im 10/8 most of the time, 2/0 from three even though if I shoot 2 3's at practice I'll surely make 1 and overall struggling with keeping my game tight and being a god like i am at practice i care about someones opinion all of a sudden i dont wanna be there and play basketball I get stressed when I catch the ball and all of that. Could you please make a video that covers the mental struggle with basketball when it comes to games
