- Sweet potato is a tuber crop and can be grown in many ways, so I would like to share my experience of growing sweet potatoes in the soil using a cardboard box, taking 45 days to get sweet potato slips for planting.

question if you don't mind. i unfortunately don't have any shady spots in my backyard. will too much sun exposure effect the growth of the slips? would i just need to water more often? (it get's pretty hot here ^_^')
You can cover them by green net to reduce sun light
