I just bought a T1N 3500 and don't know much about mechanical systems in autos. I'm taking this RV down to South America for a year, so I'm figuring out what parts to take and learning how to do some basic repairs and maintenance. After reading about all the parts, seeing your videos is extremely helpful. Thanks for doing these videos!!!!!!

Thanks Serge. I just bought a 2006 model year (manufactured 2/05) Sprinter 3500 that's a class c motorhome called Itasca Navion 23J. I'm leaving 6/1/18 for a road trip in South America for a year, so I'm learning all I can about doing maintenance and repairs on my T1N, plus I'm organizing a parts list of things to take. Your videos are very helpful and I appreciate you doing them. I have a mini-storage unit in Greenville, SC and a home in Fort Mill, SC, so maybe I'll come by your shop in a few months and pay someone to train me a little on how to do a few repairs, what to look out for and preventative maintenance. Sprinters are common in South America, but they aren't exactly the same vehicle, from what I hear. This is why I'm taking parts. Do you have a shop in case I need some work? It's at a Mercedes dealer now getting checked out, plus some work, like the serpentine belt/ pulley. I'm just down in Tampa, FL but lived up there for years.

That weird pulley comes in two sizes. So there are two different size serpentine belts. I figured this out when dodge kept telling me I had the bigger one. I didn't
+Joe Moto ahh interesting, I installed a bigger pulley and my belt still fits good
ZIMALETA HOW TO SHOW & UNBOXING it took me a long time to figure this out. I noticed the size difference, then starting looking at all the belts. Then realized there were two different ones. I think it's better to have the larger one. I'm on the wheel lug issue. Hard to find. Has anyone just gotten M14-1.50 tappered lugs and put them on and do away with the lock washer?

ZIMALETA HOW TO SHOW & UNBOXING I found some at Advance, and rock auto, takes 1 wk. I got wheel damage so have to put on another wheel that I have and figure out why this all happened. Thanks. I think I will have to order them. I'll have to repair the wheel and look at the collar that positions the wheel for the rear on the dually. I don't know what that part is called. The duallys leak gear oil there also. So I have to figure out what is the seal type. I never had that apart.
+Joe Moto I rock the rear apart, and you can’t remove the seal unless you remove the rear bearings, I bought new rear bearings but they need to be pressed out and I don’t have right tools for the job

+Victor Buye you need to reset TCM transmission shop can do it free if you will be lucky, or buy a computer that can do it with

Lol your so right and I understand you, but watching my videos even do they are long, still beats the hell out of reading Sprinter forums! With lots of unrelated information and trying to make sense of who is right and who is wrong, that being said, I am working on providing better information about Sprinter, I do believe my channel is the biggest source for Sprinter related information, and soon to expand to V6 model Sprinter, followed by 2012 Sprinter V6 conversion into 5 cylinder, complete guide, This will all come, however Making Sprinter videos, takes lots of time to make, any most of my viewers for Sprinter information love the video, but only few decide to show appreciation, by simply hitting a like and a friendly comment, therefore making this videos less popular then my home renovation videos, resulting in hardly any income from Sprinter videos, causing me to make videos that actually generate lots of interest by new viewers in thousands resulting in channel growth with subscribers and income from google adds, all my channel growth and income is coming from Real Estate related videos, and unboxing and review videos, which is surprising because Sprinter videos are dominating the video content of my channel. Leading me to be a little disappointed because I try so hard to help my fellow Sprinter owners solve Sprinter problems, I will continue to help regardless, this was the start to my channel, I just wished that more people hit a like to show they appreciate what I do for them, the likes are free, it’s a way of saying to me, you support what I do. This being said, it’s a generic comment not aimed at you, but to anyone that does not leave likes on my video reading this, to learn that likes are important and are essential to channel growth and future Success Thanks
