Thank you for your great information!
I have a question; if I have more evidence document; when I should give a copy to judge?if I don’t have a lawyer?

Thank you for your question and for being part of the ASAP community! You can submit additional evidence to the immigration judge. You also need to submit a copy to the government attorney. If your evidence is not in English, you must also submit a translation and certificate of translation. You can see an example here: help.asylumadvocacy.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/Certificate-of-Translation-TEMPLATE.pdf. For specific advice regarding your case, you may wish to consult with an attorney. You can look for legal assistance here: help.asylumadvocacy.org/find-help/. If you have more questions, please feel welcome to email us at info@asylumadvocacy.org. You can also find more resources for asylum seekers on our website at asylumadvocacy.org.

Thank you for your question and for being part of the ASAP community! Unfortunately, we are not able to provide representation in in individual cases, only general information. You can look for legal assistance here: help.asylumadvocacy.org/find-help/. If you are not able to find an attorney by the time of your master calendar hearing, it is still very important that you go to your hearing. If you have more questions, please feel welcome to email us at info@asylumadvocacy.org. You can also find more resources for asylum seekers on our website at asylumadvocacy.org.

Do u get deport at your first hearing

Thank you for your question and for being part of ASAP’s community! In general, asylum seekers cannot be deported while their case is still pending before immigration court. During your first hearing, the judge should ask you some initial questions about your case, and schedule you for your next hearing. The first hearing is usually very short.
On the contrary, if someone does not attend a scheduled immigration hearing, an immigration judge will likely give you a deportation order. For that reason it is very important to attend your first hearing in immigration court!
