that is what i was thinking - i would be inclined to change the padding to insure that it is really clean under foot other wise every step you take on that carpet would still be kicking up puffs of very fine dirt and who knows what else may be lurking in the padding
I had my carpet cleaned and it looked amazing but still wasn't satisfied so i opted for Hardwood floors. Carpet cleaned the top but under the padding was over 30 lbs of fine dirt almost dust like. We do have dogs and they track dirt in. Carpet was only 4 years old when I removed.
I find it harder and harder to find a clean rental. I always leave my houses cleaner than when I entered. It is easier for me because I'm single and know how to clean my house properly. I'm always shocked how property owners or managers pass down a dirty house to new renters and don't use the security deposit from previous owners to do a proper cleaning and sanitation of the house.
Cass Ann I don't know how to tell you this but here goes. They keep the deposit and do the barest min so you'll do it extra nice. But charge them your first months rent. And record and document the place before you move in. But you knew that didn't you?
U should see the place I just moved into. I have 5 kids and the lady told me she’s pulled strings to get me in there and with 5 kids to take care of the place🤣🤷🏻♀️. So it was nasty a huge ring in the bathroom everywhere just gross, mouse crap everywhere. I’ve had it since March and still haven’t moved in I put blocks of poison everywhere and patched holes. Under the kitchen sink I can see ground they don’t care just left the shelves broke and most likely where mice are coming in from and God knows what else. Last house same crap and I also had a snake come in from under the dishwasher. Bcuz I had turned them in to code enforcement after 2 1/2 yrs of roof leaks I never unpacked bcuz mice. Long story short my 5 kids and I were kicked out. Oh forgot to mention the ceiling in the garage fell on me. But bcuz I couldn’t afford a good lawyer I had to move out CRLA is free but they don’t help that much. They told me I won bcuz I didn’t have to pay rent. Yet I still feel I didn’t bcuz my kids and I had to move in with my mom. My clothes, my brand new bed mice pissed and 💩 on. I paid no less than $400 in electricity every month bcuz the hole in the roof and old ac sucked. The carpets in the house I’m in now are filthy I took pics of everything just like the last house. I got all my deposit back from the last house like u said bcuz I left it in better condition then when I first moved in. Ridiculous they take advantage of ppl and mistreat them specially low income it’s just wrong! My mom wanted me to take it to the media cuz I have all my proof but I’d be to scared lol good luck I’d post pics of it but don’t know how
If you are a professional carpet cleaner and can't tell that the dirt was put on the floor just to make the video then you can't be a professional carpet cleaner
I swear I want to buy this carpet cleaner then go get light colored carpet and on purpose everyday just spill coffee and random shit on it just so I can use the carpet cleaner cause this looks fun to be honest lol
Wanda DScott yes you are 100% correct, over 18 months the home owners applied a tremendous amount of dirt to the carpets, but it wasn't us. Look I get it, people like you probably can't imagine ever letting your carpet get this dirty and therefore think we staged this. I would too. But the fact is I have cleaned this home 3 times now and with 12 people in their home and not the best cleaning skills, this video is 100% unstaged.
We hear that a lot, but I can assure you it was 100% authentic. Wanna hear the crazy part? This was the third time in 5 years that I had cleaned it. Yikes.
Good job muddying up the carpet on purpose! All the mud was the same color which doesnt happen over a long period of time. Next time you want to make it look like there was actually furniture in the livingroom to make "cleanspots" you need to make the dirty sections have sharp edges ;)
Really? It would have been better just to replace that little amount if carpet. Come on... That's just gross and foul. Leaving that for the next unsuspecting renter. No thanks
Barbyl W not really, you should have seen the waste water, it was black, black, black. Not saying that this carpet was perfect when we were done, but with what we removed it was 1000 times better. Thanks for the comment
Gideon, I'm guessing that you think this was staged because you can never imagine your carpets getting that dirty right. I understand perfectly. However this video was 100% authentic. And it wasn't just dirt, it was the worst build up of oily, grease, grimy dirt you have ever seen. The video is only 2 minutes long because it was compressed at 20x the speed. That means we spent 40 minutes cleaning about 200 s/f. Hope that helps you make more informed comments in the future. Thanks.
Devron Larson you honestly want me to believe that was a random dirty carpet?? Look at the before pics...no evident of a traffic walk way..expect me to believe 2 love seats faced each other, exposing the middle of the carpet to be tracked on?? Even the soil was dark, further INDICATING that this before pic was staged with outside soil then worked in to look like the stains were already there. Come on?? You can fool a potential customer, but not a cleaner. You scam artist!
Gideon Milkens, I get it. It's hard to believe because people like you/me can't imagine living like this. I'm not going to continue to try and change your mind as it doesn't really matter to either one of us. But I will tell you that this was completely authentic. Large table on the left, couch on the right (family of 12). If I were to show you the rest of the house you would have no problem understanding how it got like this, it was crazy.
I hope this is just for show because he stood on the dirt then stood on the cleaned part of the carpet. I used a Vax cleaner for my carpets and they ended up being covered in brownish stains even though I kept everything off the carpets for days to allow them to dry.

Ugh reason number one as to why I hate carpet it's so nasty & can be tough to clean 😖 this video is satisfying though
How did it get that soiled I can't even understand! Makes me feel really good about my carpet good God!!
I wanted to be more shocked. Like there was a fossilized cat underneath or something ....
They probably had a dog pin in there
On the next episode of hoarders...
Can I see the water...lol! Awesome job guys! Wowwww.
My mom wanted me to take it to the media cuz I have all my proof but I’d be to scared lol good luck I’d post pics of it but don’t know how
I'm a professional carpet cleaner own my business and that was impressive
If you are a professional carpet cleaner and can't tell that the dirt was put on the floor just to make the video then you can't be a professional carpet cleaner
Great job and video. May i know the brand and model of the machines. Thanks
Wow, great job! Love the Professional attention to detail!
That's probably where they change their car's oil.
I swear I want to buy this carpet cleaner then go get light colored carpet and on purpose everyday just spill coffee and random shit on it just so I can use the carpet cleaner cause this looks fun to be honest lol
What is the name of the carpet machine he is using please
That is so satisfying. Makes me want to become a processional carpet cleaner.
It is very clear dirt had been applied before cleaning.
Devron Larson thanks for the reply. I knew this wasn't regular traffic dirt... good job on the cleaning
I have a feeling that carpet is now the ONLY thing clean in that nasty house .
This is the video to watch for instant gratification!
Great home! New carpeting throughout!
I think this was staged, just to show what they are capable of cleaning!
Most certainly. Didn't see any fiber wear if damage. Literally looks like dirt on clean carpet.
Exactly.
We hear that a lot, but I can assure you it was 100% authentic. Wanna hear the crazy part? This was the third time in 5 years that I had cleaned it. Yikes.
Nope...that's the rotovac 360i
Must have been a high traffic area
How about the stairs?
Never realized i needed this type of satisfaction at 3 in the morning but okay
Carpet cleaning that cost the same as the carpet price
Incorrect. Cleaning is cheaper lmao.
How could anyone let their carpet get that dirty????
Good job muddying up the carpet on purpose! All the mud was the same color which doesnt happen over a long period of time. Next time you want to make it look like there was actually furniture in the livingroom to make "cleanspots" you need to make the dirty sections have sharp edges ;)
That was strangely satisfying to watch
Really? It would have been better just to replace that little amount if carpet. Come on... That's just gross and foul. Leaving that for the next unsuspecting renter. No thanks
whole country anymore throw away everything never fix just throw away
Reduce, reuse, REPAIR, recycle. No wonder we are filling our landfills at an unprecedented pace.
good
I love cleaning nylon carpet. Nice job!
I’m glad we have all wood floors! 👍👍👍
Great job, but could have been avoided by taking off your dirty shoes.
They were growing weed in the basement and a bag tore or a bucket failed 🤷♂️🤷♂️ just being honest 😂😂 dirt was coming from the basement
This was such a satisfying video to watch...
I liked homeboy assisting with the hose.
This is so satisfying to me I love cleaning… I think I need a cigarette.
OH MY LORD, RIP THAT NASTY SHIT OUT! WHY IN HEAVENS NAME WOULD YOU EVEN CONSIDER JUST CLEANING IT. 🤢
Great Marketing Video! Nice job.
This is so therapeutic to watch!
All the dirt comes back in days
Barbyl W not really, you should have seen the waste water, it was black, black, black. Not saying that this carpet was perfect when we were done, but with what we removed it was 1000 times better. Thanks for the comment
Looks like that was staged..someone purposely dirtied that carpet then you guys came in to demo your guys cleaning. Not impressed.
I have seen worse on my carpet cleaning jobs before. Some people literally live dirtier than a sewage plant in the middle of a garbage dump.
Thanks.
kappelmeister123, believe it or not it was the actual home owner.
That was a great cleaning job but how much did it cost would it have been just as cost-effective 2 rip it up and replace it
This is on top!! The padding underneath is a germ bed for Mold now!!
Padding never gets dry and then that mildew smell begins!!!!!
I dont know why... but I love this ...
I hope this is just for show because he stood on the dirt then stood on the cleaned part of the carpet. I used a Vax cleaner for my carpets and they ended up being covered in brownish stains even though I kept everything off the carpets for days to allow them to dry.
No mention of cleaning products or equipment anywhere on your website?
What is that machine called
Geez Louise!!! Is that an entrance way or a cattle crossing? . Good job fellas.
