If its already on every leaf do i just wait until the winter for it to die back or do i go ahead and cut every leaf and stalk now? Thanks for the video!

remove every leaf that has the infection and place in a plastic bag and dispose. Clean all leaves on the ground as rain water will permit the fungus to enter the soil for reinfection. Afterwards, spray the entire plant with an antifungal spray. Copper based, neem, Aza Tek will work

My climber rose is full of black spot. I'm wondering if I cut it back and then spray it. It's fall here zone 5. I have Neem oil.

yes, this is the perfect time of year to cut it back to 1/3 the summer growth. Spray with Neem is perfect
