So Phil needs new crew. Gets a couple of new guys to come along. Offers them zero training but expects them, somehow, to perform whilst he is screaming and shouting at them?????? Wonder if the new guys are still with him today? Very much doubt it. Pure genius Phil. Way to go! 💥
Ash gas everything going for him I spent 24 years as a combat medic been there saw that read the book then went tosea as a HSE officer medic OMG i should have joined the Navy what a fantastic 20 years on the seas around the world twice saw things at sea you only see at sea
I worked on a prawn trawler 48 years ago off the coast of Qld Australia ,, the pay rates were different , a novice Deckie was on 10% experienced Deckie was on 15% and this was off the top not after costs ,,
