Dark Magician in Season 19 | Pure Dark Magician vs Various Decks | Master Duel Diamond Rank

Finally, after some time, I bring to you the first part of the season 19 duels I had with my Pure DM deck against several decks. In the first duels I was using Super Poly, but in the lates duels I changed it for Evenly Matched as you can see at the final decklist. I feel like Evenly is more versatile than Super Poly, takes no space in the extra deck (therefore increases my Link options) and is great against backrow decks (Labrynth).

Thank you very much for the fantastic competition. 0:41 it has Super Polymerization, however, the deck list does not contain it.

You're very welcome! In regards of Super Poly, as stated in the video description, I was experimenting with it, but I ended up taking it out of the build.

I think they should also add the character voice clip for the attack when BM or BEDW do the final blow. With an option for the english or japanese dub.

Hey I really like your deck but do you think 1 DM is hard against bystial?

Yes I do, it's really risky, it adds consistency at the expense of the risk of losing due to your only DM being banished. Nevertheless, in my experience, the consistency boost is way more valuable than the banish risk. In my case, it's been uncommon that my DM gets banished, normally they called by my Maxx c, Rod or Ghost Bell. The same thing with the bystials, they banish their own monster or banish other of my monsters rather than DM. In the case DM in fact will be banished is why I play Ghost Belle, also, try bringing DMtDK as soon as possible so you can have 2 DMs.

@@1106hdgaming sr for reply late, but what do you think about use rod link to artemis to bait them use bystial, then link to anaconda later?

@@DFz_ maybe, but I don't think is a good bait, normally that wouldn't be enough reason for them to activate the bystials. Usually they'll wait for you to really need the gy or on their turn to break your board.
