Dark Magician in Season 27/Duelist Cup Mar 2024| Master Duel Diamond/Duelist Cup

Thanks for the patience guys! This is a recopilation of my duels in the Diamond Rank ladder and the Duelist Cup this past march. Sadly, I'm getting less and less time to play so I have mostly Duelist Cup duels for you. But as you know, I'll never going to show dull and boring duels, all of these duels are FIRE (pun intended). I hope you like it.

Some commentary: At 03:29 I was trying to bait Conquistador, since it didn't work I luckily had access to 2 E-Soul, so at 03:41 I baited the Conquistador by activating E-Soul but not activating the effect, just flip it face-up. After my opponent destroyed my first E-Soul thinking I cannot activate another one since is a hard once per turn effect, I activate the other E-Soul but this actually activating the effect to revive DM, saving the duel.
06:33 I loved giving Kashtira a taste of their own medicine.
09:46 Flipping monsters face-down has very little effect in a DM strategy. Almost all my effects are still live, effects like Timaeus summoning and fusion effects besides Secrets fusion and Ritual summoning effects work on my face-down monsters; Rod GY effect and Combination negation effect also works with my monsters face-down.
At 11:18 and 11:28 felt so good to bait all those negates.
At 12:36 I activated Nibiru before the Field Spell resolved, since it would allow them to keep extending after Nibiru touches the field. Later at 15:07 I didn't realize that Accesscode needs to banish and Lancea's effect prevented this, so, a terrible mistake.
19:26 The fuel Snake-Eyes has is just ridiculous.
20:05 This was a mistake by my opponent since it allows me to banish a card with Circle. Or maybe he knew that but it was the only way he had to deal with a 5k ATK Accesscode.
20:46 and 21:00 This is a showcase of some great utilities of Magikuriboh. DM has 2 main ways to be summoned, Souls and E-Soul, in this case I only had Souls and it was negated, but we have a third hidden way, dealing yourself some damage and activating Magikuriboh.

I repeat, the only youtuber at the moment who knows how to use the dark magician. Our decklists are purely similar. May I know what diamond grade you are? I'm at grade 2 and I can't go any further..

Right now I’m at platinum. Got dropped down when the season ended. I got to Diamond 2 also in my last season, but I’ve gotten to Diamond 1 before. Nevertheless, if I would have more time dedicated to play the game and a bit of luck, I’m sure I could get to Master. Sadly, my lack of free time is just getting worse in the upcoming days. Thanks for the compliments btw, I appreciate it.
