Trying again using a deep litter bedding method for my yearling cattle & farm update

Farm update! Here’s what’s new with all our animals here. Also- Take two on the deep litter bedding method for our yearling dairy cattle!!
A huge mistake I made prior was only adding carbon and neglecting to turn the bedding. This is an important step to releasing the moisture that gets trapped underneath.
Did you neglect any deep litter bedding? If it’s wet underneath- you just may have. Here’s what we did to mend the bedding.

Fun video Ashley! I like being able to check in on the farm. I laughed when you had to do the “rainbow” watering method, I’ve totally done that with my parents dogs back in the day (due to not enough hose line as well)
