Beautiful job! I tried to convince my husband to let us lay our own LVP but he wasn’t for it. We were having our whole house done, he said job was too big for first timers. He just didn’t have the patience. I thought we’d miss our carpeted bedrooms but nope. It was one of the best choices we’ve made because he and all our children struggle with severe allergies and honestly ever since we have made the change they haven’t had any problems.
Remember safety glasses. Wouldn’t want you to get hurt

Ok i have a question so if i rip up my carpet and clean it can i jist install the peel ans stick floors? Im just wondering its a thought i would do a little every weekend until i finish haha. I want to install smooth flooring in my bedroom. Do i habe to biy the waterproof blue mat like you bought?
Everyone is getting rid of carpet. I still absolutely love fluffy carpet. It feels so good on my feet after a long day of work.
I like it in bedrooms fo the coziness. The rest of the house, I think hardwood or vinyl is better for cleaning

why do you need to stain the corner molds? just paint them to mach the baseboard and you are done., unless you want to work harder.

My contractor told me he doesn’t need to take off baseboards- just pull out carpet and stick plunk in. Will that work? Looks like you didn’t take off baseboards
Not the whole baseboard, no. The quarter round will have to be replaced.

A miter saw does not look intimidating, it will haul a plank at you at high speed or worse still, cut your digits off clean.
My advice for diy people and pros, don't get too cozy with power tools👍
