At the end of Ranboo's stream where he first visited Dream, one of the songs from undertale was playing. Everyone thought it was fallen down but it was actually empty house, but slightly slowed down. Empty house and fallen down are using the same song, yes. But they have slightly different beats at the start.
So everyone saying it was a slowed down version of fallen down is really annoying me because it's not!
“sans.” and “song that might play when fighting sans” are are slowed down/sped up versions of each other

I’d honestly say Toby’s a genius. He can write one song, and then adjust the speed and notes just write to make it sound like something entirely different.

What you call “Muffet’s Song” is actually a motif used in her theme, Napstablook’s, and the Dummy fight. It’s the same melody arranged differently or at different tempos, which is why it’s also the theme for Napstablook’s house.

There are ALOT more than this ( flowey's theme = his theme, hopes and dreams, memory. Ruins=home, undertale, waterfall)and undertale is in every single song -I think so because its hinted at in every song- which means basically the same song was used in every piece of music.
go in audasity and change the speed until its at least 5 mins and 17 seconds long and go to the 5 min point it says "Hello World"
I can guarantee that Toby just made about 15 original melodies then made more than 100 songs for the soundtrack with like 10 variations for each

This actually goes perfectly with the pixel art style as many games would do stuff like this to save space and resources. Like how Mario reaching the the goal and gaining a power up slowed down by about 800% are the same minus a musical key change.
