You get Audrey after you get 10 medals, Knute after earning 1,000,000 Ducats, Lynn if Karl goes down in battle after unlocking all of his personal potentials, Emile if Oscar does the same thing as Karl, and Musaad by beating the game;)

Welkin as Kakashi from Naruto Alicia as Ino from Naruto, Sora from Digimon, and Tails from Sonic Boom Isara as... most girls... and Shin chan~ Faldio as Kaz from Metal Gear Solid Zaka and Nils as... most guys Ted/Alex/Vyse as the newest Sonic Susie/Edy as Nurse Joy (thought she was Sailor Moon or Haruhi tho-!!) Juno/Aika as Frankie from Foster's Home, and Mandy from The Grim Adventures Mica/Hector as Raiden from MGS, among a whooole lotta other stuff Jann as Bender from Futurama, believe it or not-!!
There are a few standout recruits among the militia: Aika and Melville have constant energy, and leave the other scouts hanging. Alex and Vyse are gifted, brilliant troopers, but Hannes and Jane are clearly special forces tier. Hector Calvey is a consummate professional with great potentials. The engies are a mixed bag, with Dallas having the most spirit, and Nadine the most aptitude. Marina is worth any 2 snipers by potential alone.
I never go into this games missions without: Scouts- Aika, Wavy and Musaad Troopers- Alex, Vyse, Hannes and Lynn Lancers- Audrey Engineers- Knute and Nadine Snipers- Cezary, Marina and Catherine
Heh, that's very classic fire emblem, which also gives you generic guys if you stupidly get everyone else killed basically out of pity just so you have SOMETHING to work with, even if that's not something that's actually good.

Newell Joseph You mean those guys in helmets? You get the option to recruit them after most/all other soldiers die. They have no potentials though.

@@gaspersb FE11 literally gives you completely generic units if you manage to kill that many units
