Bonjour everyone. Here is a quick video on how to make Haitian Diri Djon Djon / Haitian Black Rice.

Ingredients :
Djon Djon Mushrooms
Djon Djon Bouillon Cubes (optional)
Jasmine or Basmati Rice
Green Peas or Lima Beans
Seasonings:
Olive Oil
Haitian Epis : scallions garlic & parsley blended
Season Salt
Black Peppers
Chopped Sweet Green Peppers
Chopped Sweet White onion
Garlic powder
Fresh Thyme Parsley & Bay Leaves
Crushed Cloves
Butter

@@dedeglam I typically use an Indian brand for the basmati and a jasmine rice called royal kitchen . I switch it up for my restaurant but these are my go to.
