How to help Desktop Computers with No WLAN to Connect to WiFi Network via Laptop

In this video, I want show you how to share your MiFi Internet connection from Laptop to Desktop Computer with Ethernet cable.
Have you been in a situation where you are using a small Mifi wireless device to access internet only on your laptop or mobile phones? Or you are using your phone mobile hotspot to connect your laptop to the internet, and then you have some other desktop computers that do not have the ability to access Wi-Fi network.
The procedure I will explain in this video will guide you on how to extend Wi-Fi or phone mobile hotspot internet connection from your laptop to more than 5 desktop computers that does not have Wi-Fi network connectivity.
For the sake of this video, I will be using the following gadget.
HP Laptop which will act as my server, Desktop Computer that does not have Wi-Fi network, a D-Link switch that will distribute internet connection to other desktop computers, Spectranet Mifi device, and two Cross over Ethernet Cables.
