Welcome to St. Louis!!!
LGB😁🏒
Welcome to ST. LOUIS!
Welcome to Oskarshamn... 🙂
He checks the boxes of some really rare and valuable traits, most notably great hand-eye coordination. And his weaknesses like not great skating, poor vision and passing under pressure, are things you can improve on quite easily with coaching and experience. Will be interesting to see how he'll look in the NHL in a couple of years.
More like slower skater, but not bad. In Slovakia he was training his legs speed and explosiveness since end of u18 Worlds. I would like to see him play again to see how much he improved.
His skating technique is pretty good, and vision and passing under pressure is incredibly hard to improve
@@AlbertLivingstone "His skating technique is pretty good"
Yeah, looking more closely at it it's probably not a technical issue. It might just be a lack of strength that makes him uncomfortable to extend his stride and makes him comparatively slow, which is not what you'd think for a 6'1" kid weighing 200lbs @ 8% body fat.
"vision and passing under pressure is incredibly hard to improve"
I completely disagree. That's a thing that extremely often comes naturally with experience. Like how people become much safer drivers are driving for a few years, you learn to filter out the irrelevant things and everything just appear much calmer to you.
I like this format where you don’t just stick to one game to show what a player is capable of. It’s helpful seeing footage from multiple games.
We do a game report early inthe season to give an idea of the game of players and then a full report at the end!
Would love to see Slafkovsky and Dvorsky reunited in the NHL (and Mesar). Habs fans haven't been fair in assessing Dvorsky's game.
They're all obsessed with Michkov, I feel this guy has Kopitar potential. Kinda hope hughes trades back and drafts him at 7-10 and picks up an asset.
@@michaelb1621 Hughes is great at keeping people/teams guessing. There are lots of rumours surrounding who the Habs are interested in drafting. Little to no mention of Dvorsky. So quiet I’m almost convinced he’s been their guy all along lol…
@@michaelb1621 exactly my thought, Kopitar or Hossa type of player
Great video as always sir!
Thank you!
That's precisely why I have a feeling that Yzerman could draft him.. with him and Kasper the C corp would be loaded for the future thanks for the insight the only channel that gave Dvorsky the credit he pretty deserves easily
Idk man, you still gonna lack a top C with them, Kasper and Dvorsky will both likely be a middle 6 level centers, not elite ones
@@Mcbikey24they have larkin and now Danielson
I hope my Blues get him.
WE GOT EM! Go damn blues 🏒🥅
Here you go 😉
I see a bit of Hischier in him
great vid
Thank you!
Reminiscent of Barkov in some ways, particularly his skating and hands
I´m still a little salty for not letting Dvorsky play in Worlds for men. He wanted to play to improve his draft stock, he could score some, get some points and be up there with Fantilli and Carlsson. Habs fans would hyperventilate even more.
He wasn’t very good at U20s, no reason to call him up to a men’s tournament
@@Mcbikey24 If you judge him based on score. But if you compare him to other players on the team Slovakia there was no excuse not to let him play. The argument they had was that they want fresh rested players.
Blues got a stud
Do you think Dvorsky will be picked in the top 10? I see everyone hating him too much. Thanks for your answer (:
Yes! High chance he's picked there.
Almost guaranteed he won’t drop past 6. AZ is very high on him.

Welcome to the BLUES!
FINALLY
Pavel Dimitra reborn😊❤
He seems so good at keeping his momentum and using his body and hands while doing it, but theres just not enough speed for him to make that nhl deadly
Dvorsky has been playing in Sweden for ages and they prioritize skating skills (Finish league obviously too) so I doubt Dvorsky is under average skater. His style is just not fully based on fast skating.
@@ViliamGajdos yes.. that is what I said, not enough speed. Didn't say his skating was bad at all
He is soft on ice in the positive way
Anze Dvorsky
Glad the Blues got him...
Comparable to Joe Pavelski?
Maybe he’s more like a much less skilled, but more physical version of Barkov
They are comparing him to Lindholm and Bo Horvat, I'd snuck in that one ridiculous Monahan season too. I think his prime COULD be 30+ goals 70+ points and a very good two way player, valuable in playoffs.
@@majloo7294 agreed but I also think he could exceed the expectations
Marian Hossa
@@oogaboooga69 he is solid defensively, but comparing him to one of the best defensive forwards ever is a bit of a stretch
I have a bad feeling he will get picked by Sharks. I will flip the table if they pick him when you still have Smith and Michkov available.
Sharks taking Reinbacher
i pray every night the habs don't pick him
W
I have the same prayers about him AND Busty Reinbacher
typical toxic Habs fan
@@oogaboooga69 is it toxic you want your team to draft good players?
@@n3g802 what makes you think he is not good?
Drinking game: Take a sip every time you hear the word "could".
Dvorský is no scrub and I would be happy to pick him somewhere in the middle of the first round... just not fifth.

Are you getting Jesper Bratt or Jacob De La Rose?
So basically, possesses rare and valuable traits at his age and lacks "high-end skill". Could he be 35 goals 70 points Selke candidate, David?
Selke is a bit much, but 70 pts seems like his high ceiling. I think it's more likely he's a 60-65 pts guy if all goes well while being good defensively.
@@davidst-louis8315 looks like the description of a very good 2C I'm buying it lol ^^
@@user-ed6nt1ml6p
Looks like slightly better Phillip Danault
I’ll pass on that with a Top5 pick in one of the best drafts ever
^^
@@sb0182 with the fact you'll definitly be able to take a prospect with an quite obvious better upside that's pretty understandable ^^
looks slow and loses the puck a lot..
The most overrated prospect I've seen in years.
Reinbacher too
@@sb0182 I disagree with you about Reinbacher. I think he's going to be a very good #2D and a very effective shutdown guy. The ability to keep up with fast forwards and take the body is what's going to make him successful just like you're seeing with Fehervary.
are you a Habs fan by any chance?
@@oogaboooga69 Caps
@@mikeb.2925 if you think this way because he might get drafted from your 8th place, I think you are getting a deal.. why do you think he is overated? When played against players his age he was 2 PPG on average, even led Slovakia with almost same numbers without being surrounded by other 1st round prospects.. My opinion is that it is always a mistake to let prospects play with men, especially in low scoring leagues. If he played junior leagues like the rest, no one would put him lower than top 5
generational bust pass
Him & Reinbacher will be the biggest busts of this draft
your mums are busts u experts 🤣 im sure this will age well in few years time
“How Dalibor Dvorsky can become a top line center“
… He can’t 😂🤷♂️
