New York State's NAPA VALLEY! (My day trip around New York's beautiful Finger Lakes wine region) 🇺🇸

Did you know that New York boasts one of America's finest wine regions?
On this day trip around central New York, I explored the beautiful Finger Lakes region of the state - the east coast's Napa Valley - where I winded my way around backroads between quaint towns and villages, interspersed between endless vineyards, rolling hills, and lakefront views.
Beginning in Skaneateles at its namesake lake, I headed west through the historic town of Auburn with its underground railroad history, enjoyed the azure waters of Cayuga Lake, and eventually arrived in Seneca Falls, one of the birthplaces of modern women's rights. From there, I headed into beautiful Geneva to tour its quaint downtown area before moving on to sample some of the wines that make this region so famous. I visited two of the best wineries in the region: Belhurst Castle & Winery, located a few miles south of Geneva, and the Keuka Springs Winery, located just outside of the town of Penn Yan, NY. Excellent wine, and an excellent day trip around one of the east coast's most beautiful regions.
