1. Kim-Min Jae Disasterclass
Remember when people were bashing TT for not playing Kim. Now he played him and he was absolutely the worse player on the pitch getting spun by Vini for the first goal and conceding the pen. Korean Maguire some would say. Sometimes as football fans we need to realize that the manager knows more than us and sees things we do not see in training for example.
2. Belligham and Vini convos
The Madrid PR Bellingham is getting where he is the favorites for the ballon dor and gets all this hype should be going to Vini instead. He has clealry been Madrid’s best player this season and comes in clutch especially in UCL KO games. Just look at today’s game Vini was the best player on the field scoring a brace while Bellingham got hooked in the 2nd half and no hate but I didn’t see him anywhere still a top player though. His UCL KO G/A is insane. Vini is just not as marketable as Bellingham. I’m sorry to say this but Bellingham is getting overrated
3. Hot Take: Bayern Upset
They all laughed at me when I said Bayern will beat Madrid and go through. Bayern were absolutely the better team in this game but just didn’t take their chances and have that final-third. TT set up perfectly in that 2nd half showing why he has amazing big game in game management if it wasn’t for Kim we are looking at a Bayern win here. I say it again with all chest Bayern will beat Madrid and go through to the finals where they will

This is why I say Vinicius is overrated. He isn't a ballon dor level player, he isn't even in the conversation with Mbappe. He's not clinical enough and his passing is dreadful, I've seen him miss that chance 5 times out of 10. For me that's not good enough to be considered in the same conversation as Mbappe. I think at best he's on level with a Foden or Saka, very good world class players but not a ballon dor contender not in the conversations with the best in the world but top footballers.
If people want to understand why I don't rate Vinicius, everytime I watch RM, I see him miss 2 huge chances but score a goal and be praised like nothing happened. It's the Madrid PR. I then see him do some of the worst passes/crosses known to man and no one mentions it. Vinicius Jr completes 0.2 crosses per game, that means he completed 1 cross every 5 games with an 8% accuracy. That's shocking, Saka the player nobody seems to rate has 1.2 crosses per game with a 24% accuracy. He's scored 13 and missed 16 big chances in LaLiga, Saka's scored 15 and missed 10. Vinicius has created 1.2 chances per game, Saka's created 2.6 chances per game. Mudryk's created created 1 chance per game (playing less minutes per 90), Willian creates 1.6 chances per game. When I watch Vinicius I see a technically gifted footballer who's been massively overrated because of one season. Those numbers aren't good enough and it backs my eye test, I thought Vinicius was incredible in the 21/22 season but I thought he fell off a cliff but Premier League fans didn't realize because he still played well in the champions league even though he was shit in LaLiga
