Sir,correct answer for your doubt cannot be given by a video consultation.It depends on so many factors like your other vital parameters specifically Cholesterol and sugar value and weight.Your family physician will be the one who can give you a proper reply,after a thorough physical examination.When after all this,if it is decided to stop the tablets, first reduce the dose of Amlodepine to 2.5mg once a day and keep monitoring the B.P. for some days.If it does not rise,the stoppage can be thought of.
Of course,you will have to do daily walking and adopt strict dietary restrictions as advised in the video.

My age is 29

150 is a bit on the higher side.What is the diastolic value?
