    As a mother of a son who is older than you are - this was a pleasure to watch. The way you are with your young charges was lovely - and I was hoping there was a follow up video. You really are a wonderful nanny - warm and kind and fun (and hard working!). I hope they give you a massive payrise because you could really work for any family in the world and they would be lucky to have you. All the best! (from Australia) :)

    This was a great video, really insightful. I'm considering doing nannying next year at some point. Do you know anything about getting nanny insurance? How much do you get paid a week and how much experience did you have before you started this job? Can't wait to see your next 'holiday' video!

    • @JasmineTasker
      @JasmineTasker  Před 5 lety +7

      Thank you. I never got nanny insurance, I’ve actually never heard of that my agency never said anything about it. The pay and what experience is needed depends on the family and varies. I have another video on my channel that talks more about that stuff if you want to check it out. Good luck with it all, it’s a great experience:)

      Hi there.I Also have experienced live-in, live out nannying...depends a LOT on family.You Can try hard but if parents dont have their life together and expect you to do all fór them, you need some healthy borders...which I stumble open often. Its Also easy nôt to be the first aupair- nanny in family.My best experience was with family which already had aupairs before, was highly organized with clear rules but relaxed also.

    I was wondering do they pay you hourly? does a live in get more money then live out?

    • @JasmineTasker
      @JasmineTasker  Před 4 lety

      Sorry this has taken so long to respond. They paid me weekly, same amount every week, I basically worked the same hours every week, maybe a bit extra one but it would even out and be a bit less the next sort of thing. Usually a live out will get paid more I believe but I was fairly happy with my pay even live in.
